Gutes Hotel, schöner Urlaub in Top Lage
Pros:

Die Lage war Top.
Der Wasserfall war zu Fuß erreichbar und in Bramberg ist man mit dem Auto auch in 10min.
Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Das Essen war sehr gut, für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.
Die Hotelbesitzer waren sehr freundlich und bemüht, dass alles passt!

Cons:

Die Abwechslung am Frühstücksbufet war jeden Tag das selbe (aber gut!)

Pros:

Perfektní umístění hotelu s výhledem na Krimmelské vodopády. V ceně je bazén, sauna, fitko a jako hosté obdržíte zdarma vstupenky na vodopády. Jídlo též perfektní.

Cons:

Nemohu nic vytknout, snad jen, že by bazén mohl být otevřeny již od brzkého rána.

A helyszín csodálatos volt. A szobák tágasak, kényelmesek, tiszták. A személyzet nagyon kedves, különösen a magyar lány, nagyon sokat segített nekünk. Finom volt az étel.

Cons:

Kicsit lehetne nagyobb az ételekben a választási lehetőség. Csak helyben készített ételeket adnék, ehhez a szállodához ez illene. Pl. esti deszert, reggeli sütemény. Egy jó konyha nagy vonzerővel bírna.

Die Matratze vom Bett war sehr,sehr weich wie in einer Grube, für ältere Leute nicht empfehlenswert.

Familiär, kinderlieb, wunderschön gelegen. Sehr gemütliches Zimmer mit wahnsinns Ausblick auf den Wasserfall. Schöner Spa-Bereich, super gute Küche. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Kimberli aus dem Service-Team, die uns so herzlich und nett umsorgt hat. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub bei euch!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, respectful, and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with a great variety and quality of food.

The heated pool and sauna were fantastic and definitely the highlights of our stay. There was plenty of parking available, although the property is quite large, so finding your room for the first time can be a little confusing.

Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking view of the waterfall (though not all rooms may have this view). Overall, the outstanding hospitality and excellent facilities made this a memorable experience. We will definitely be back!
