Nous avons aimé la situation de l'hôtel, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des femmes de chambres et du personnel en salle, le restaurant avec ses buffets colorés et variés.

Cons:

Un accès interdit à la piscine sur le toit, réservé aux personnes du 8 étage...
Il faudrait le préciser dans le descriptif de l'hôtel sur Booking que celle ci est accessible avec supplément, sauf erreur de ma part ce n'est pas précisé...
Pas d'efforts pour parler en français à l'acceuil.

Overall enjoyed this hotel but outside needs updating to match the interior quality of the hotel.

Hotel interior clean and bright.

Cons:

Outside area needs updating, pigeon problem in outside bar area.

Birds standing on and eating leftover food with the staff looking on unbothered, not very hygienic or pleasant.

Globalement satisfaite des services de l’hôtel
Pros:

L’accueil, renseignements toujours de qualités. La propreté, les chambres impeccables ainsi que les lieux communs.

Cons:

Malheureusement, les murs sont si fins … nous entendons absolument tout ! A droite, à gauche, au dessus et dans le couloir … ça été un réel problème sans bouchons d’oreilles.
