Bel hôtel mais vieillissant sur certains points importants. Première impression décevante.
Pros:

L'emplacement, le personnel et le petit-déjeuner. Bon matelas .
Le patio est très beau mais les horaires de la petite piscine ne correspondent pas,interdit après 18h en plein mois d'août!!!

Cons:

Notre chambre et surtout salle de bain très vetuste qui mérite d 'être entièrement refaite. Problème de douche on passe du très chaud au froid. Le tapis des escaliers sont en très très mauvaise état ce qui donne vraiment une mauvaise première impression c'est dommage car c'est un bel hôtel mais qui est vieillissant.
Horaires piscine pas adaptées en août.

Les hôtes étaient accueillants et le personnel au petit soin, de très bons conseils, les lieux étaient toujours propre et super bien placé

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner manquait de plus de choix de fruits frais et de vrai café plutôt que en machine automatique

Pros:

This property is in the best location, the staff couldn’t be more kind & helpful, the rooms are clean and well organised & the restaurant is an added bonus food was exceptional!!

It has a calm aura throughout & no problem is too big for the team at Palazzino! The decor and style just adds to the Greek flare x

A kettle in the room would of just been the icing on the cake

We enjoyed the stay, amazing location, I would stay again. Bathroom needed some work doing to it.
Pros:

Service was great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was basic but nice, and suitable for the price. Room was nice and a decent size.

Cons:

We had to hold the shower head by hand to shower, and without a shower curtain, which was a bit of a pain.

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel, fijn zwembad en ontbijt. Mooie kamer. Goed restaurant. Prima plek om Rethymnon zowel overdag als 's avonds te verkennen.

Cons:

Er was geen parkeerplaats in de buurt van het hotel te vinden. Minstens 15 minuten lopen of ontzettend duur betaald parkeren. Ook de badkamer is niet in verhouding tot de kwaliteit van de rest van het hotel. Gammele douche, gaten in de tegels. Dit had jaren geleden al opgeknapt moeten zijn als je jezelf luxury noemt.

Anbefales. Veldig koselig hotell.

Sentralt, stemningsfullt, komfortabelt.

Cons:

Lite imponerende frokostbuffet.
Dobbeltrommet som de to guttene lå på hadde en vesentlig lavere standard og var mer slitt, men alt var i orden og de sov godt der. Så dette er bare en mindre anmerkning.
