Une mésaventure !

Rien à part la salle de bain très propre mais rien d'exceptionnel La chambre était déjà plutôt difficile d'accès car la porte de la salle de bain se présentait en premier. La chambre sentait mauvais, l'humidité et il était quasiment impossible d'ouvrir sur l'extérieur en raison des rideaux et du balcon très près.

Cons:

Déjà la difficulté d'accès à l'hôtel aucun de la ville où tout est piétonnier. Le code donné ne marchait pas bien et il a fallu faire des détours avant de trouver l'entrée qui correspondait au code!
La chambre était très difficile d'accès car la porte de la salle de bain se présentait en premier et faisait plus ou moins barrage pour entrer dans la chambre. Cette chambre sentait la poussière, manque d'aération et était trop meublée donc minuscule. Ouvrir était compliqué et la fenêtre donnait sur une rue étroite et très bruyante. Jusqu'à 5:00 du matin il nous a été impossible de fermer l'œil en raison du charivari inouï. Quant au prix, 168 euros pour ne pas fermer l'œil, pas de petit déjeuner compris dans le prix, c'est franchement une arnaque. En revanche un hôtel moderne en face nous aurait enchanté mais malheureusement nous ne le connaissons pas. Nous avons pu en revanche prendre le petit-déjeuner au rez-de-chaussée de cet hôtel en face du nôtre.

Bref séjour agréable dans une ville qui mérite d'être visitée
Pros:

Bon accueil du personnel. Chambre confortable. L'hôtel est très bien situé à 2 minutes à pied de la place de la mairie et des principaux lieux d'intérêt.

Cons:

L'accès en voiture pour rejoindre l'hôtel a été compliqué. Visiblement, en été, toutes les rues environnantes sont piétonnes. Une borne située à 100m de l'hôtel permet d'appeler l'hôtel et de se garer pour décharger les bagages sur une placette devant un palais, située à 50 m de l'hôtel.
Sinon après il faut garer son véhicule au parking souterrain à proximité (16 euros la nuit)

Bemerkenswertes Hotel mit Liebe und Tradition
Pros:

Wir mussten kurzfristig umdisponieren und stießen auf dieses bemerkenswerte Hotel: Ein echter Fund! Tolle Lage mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Avilés, gute Restaurant- und Frühstücksoptionen in der Nähe. Zwei tolle Frauen am Empfang, die die Kommunikation mit Herzblut und Google Translator organisierten und beste Tipps zum Parken gaben. Auf unsere Zimmerwünsche wurde gut eingegangen. Das Hotel ist mit viel Liebe, Tradition und manch schrulligem Einzelstück eingerichtet, aber alles top in Schuss und qualitätvoll; unsere Zimmer hatten breite Betten mit guten Matratzen und Klimaanlage, gingen zur Fußgängerzone raus, aber völlig ruhig in der Nacht. Können wir nur empfehlen!

Cons:

Die Parkoptionen liegen alle ein paar hundert Meter vom Hotel entfernt, aber man kann zum Kofferaus- und einladen direkt vorfahren, muss nur die Anweisungen für das Absenken der Poller beachten. Dafür ist das Parken für 7 EUR / Tag durchaus günstig.

Not as nice as the pictures.
Pros:

Staff member who checks us in was very nice. Room was spacious.

Cons:

Drapes had holes. The beds were more like cots and if you sat on the end of one the head would flip up. The toilet was in a very awkward location and the toilet paper holder made it impossible to sit down without hitting your elbow.
