Aside from the noices, everything is good!
Pros:

Location is perfect. Near to everything you needed. Staff are also kind. They allowed us to use the storage room after check out for our luggages and assisted us in carrying our luggages to our ride going to the airport.

Cons:

Rooms are not soundproof. I hear everything from the hallway. One night, I almost thought someone is trying to get inside our room as I heard knocking but apparently it was just the room close to us.

Pros:

Great location. The ben tham market is directly in front of you. There's a bunch of 7/11 by the hotel. Plus loads of food options

Cons:

Room wasn't big and quite basic considering the price. I also paid for a city view but only got the back side of the hotel

Pros:

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The Wi-Fi was extremely weak and unstable throughout the hotel. The facilities also felt old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, making the stay very uncomfortable. Towels were worn out and even torn, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this standard. What disappointed me the most was the staff’s indifferent and emotionless attitude — there was little care or concern when issues were raised. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all.

Doporucuji tento hotel.
Pros:

Tento hotel jsme navštivili uz v lonskem roce a pro jeho polohu a sluzby jsme se letos vratili.
Poloha hotelu je perfektni, personal prijemny, snidane luxusni, cistota take. Vyhled z okna na vecerni mesto byl dechberouci😍.

Stayed 3 nights. Rang and asked for an extra pillow. Told not their policy only 1 pillow per person.
Room clean. No pool. Lots of stairs to climb to get into the hotel.
