Sehr angenehmes und ruhiges Hotel
Pros:

Sehr ruhiges Hotel. Ich hatte Zimmer mit Balkon und konnte gut in die Stadt blicken. Man ist relativ schnell mit der Metro im Zentrum. Restaurant ist direkt im Hotel mit einer guten Speisekarte.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber ist kein Problem.

Quiet hotel, reasonable price

Cons:

I was amazed not to be able to check in with an ID card. We can fly, pass borders entry countries within the EU but hotel Villa needs a passport !?

Pros:

Although placed outside the touristic area, you're quite close to the metro and can reach any place in max 30-35 min. Staff was very welcoming, prepared us breakfast when we had to check out way to early in the morning. Enjoyed staying here!

Pros:

We stayed for three days and had a half board. There was realy a lot of food for breakfast, a large selection of teas and a good coffee. Diners were also very good. The location for us was ok, we used metro to transport to the city center which took us about half an hour, During the night was very quite and peacful. We also booked a parking space.

Esperienza deludente, soprattutto considerando la categoria dell’hotel e il prezzo pagato.
Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel Villa aspettandomi un livello di servizio adeguato a una struttura a 4 stelle, anche in considerazione del prezzo piuttosto elevato pagato per il soggiorno.
Uno degli aspetti più deludenti ha riguardato la mezza pensione. Al momento della prenotazione su Booking.com non mi era risultata chiaramente indicata l’esclusione delle bevande dai pasti. Solo successivamente ho scoperto che le bevande dovevano essere pagate separatamente. Ritengo che una condizione così importante dovrebbe essere indicata in maniera estremamente chiara prima della prenotazione.
Anche la colazione internazionale mi ha lasciato piuttosto deluso: per un hotel di questa categoria l’ho trovata poco fornita e non all’altezza delle aspettative.
Ma l’aspetto più grave è stato un altro: la presenza di formiche all’interno della camera delle mie figlie. La situazione è stata segnalata alla direzione, ma non è stata trovata una soluzione adeguata, neppure attraverso il cambio della camera.
Ciò che ho trovato particolarmente negativo è stato il fatto che, nonostante il problema fosse stato segnalato e fosse evidente la presenza delle formiche, non mi è stato riconosciuto alcuno sconto, rimborso o altra forma di compensazione. Ho quindi pagato l’intero importo del soggiorno senza che venisse minimamente considerato il disagio arrecato.
Da una struttura a 4 stelle, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato, mi sarei aspettato una maggiore attenzione al cliente e una gestione decisamente più efficace di una situazione di questo tipo.
Nel complesso, un’esperienza che non ritengo all’altezza della categoria dell’hotel e del prezzo pagato.
