First Time Staying At Novotel Pekanbaru
Pros:

Lokasi staregis dekat dengan mall, kamar luas 1210,1217,1219,1222. Makanan di restauran sangat variatif, ramah anak.

Cons:

Sedikit kecewa dengan personil security di gate jaga, tidak mengarahkan kendaraan pada saat masuk menuju lobby sehingga salah arah. Dan sempat adu argumentasi dengan security. Saya cek in tanggal 20 hari jumat. Menginap 3 malam.

Saran : perlu pelatihan service excellent bagi personil security.

wonderful stay at Novotel Pekanbaru
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Pekanbaru. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service throughout my stay was excellent. Jeje provided outstanding service, and Rani from the restaurant impressed me with her warm hospitality and for remembering my previous visit. Fina at the Front Office was also very friendly and welcoming.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I would also like to extend my appreciation to the Housekeeping, F&B, and Front Office teams for their great work.

Thank you to Mr. Rudy, the Executive Assistant Manager, and Mr. Sentot, the General Manager—you both did a great job in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. I truly enjoyed my stay at Novotel Pekanbaru and look forward to returning again.

our stay was wonderful! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was beautiful and well-priced. The breakfast was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visit the city

Enviromental Friendly
Pros:

This is our first time stayed in this hotel. There was a mall next to the hotel.
Breakfast was nice. The Bed was comfortable. We never had experience refill our water before. I think this hotel try to be enviromental friendly.
The staff was fiendly.

Nice room and nice staff

Cons:

They could not arrange airport pick up as the hotel car was not available but did not suggest an alternate solution.

Same when I requested a driver for a day trip speaking English.

As a foreigner it would have been helpful to suggest me alternative solutions
