Didn’t have breakfast. Did eat in Bigios restaurant. Had the Queso Fries and chicken. Bit down on a piece of hard plastic while eating those. Looked like the plastic that holds chickens legs together. Showed that plastic piece to the waiter. He said he would show the kitchen.
Self Parking was shown to be Fifty dollars on Marriott paperwork. Was charged Eighty Four dollars to depart the garge for less than twenty four hours.
Room and view were very nice.
Location
Very noisy. Hotel should have quite hours. There was a whole party in a few rooms down. Hotel staff were in the hallway, but didn’t stop them. 2:30-3am very loud woke my kids up several times
The amenities were amazing!!!!
Kids to be honest
Maybe it's just me, but if I'm paying over $600 for one night, I don't expect to keep stopping at the front desk to show ID and get wristbands just to enjoy the amenities. Beautiful hotel, but some of the extra steps felt more inconvenient than luxurious
One thing that surprised me was that the mini fridge was empty. At many hotels, the fridge is stocked with drinks and snacks, and anything you use is simply charged to your room. Not a dealbreaker, just something I wasn't expecting.
Stayed here before and didn’t have any issues but this was the worse, first off there were roaches roaming all around the pool, my husband had to kill 2 cockroaches while we were sitting there, next someone stole our DoorDash order because the front desk no longer holds your food there, it’s put around the corner by the ATM where anyone can come and grab it. And THEN a hotel worker tried to come in our room saying he was “checking the key” watch was weird. The hotel manager Amanda said it wasn’t usually how they do things and was sorry for the inconvenience. So don’t stay here if any of these things would bother you.
La picina
El servicio del bar
Good everything
Pool, location
Parking pass didn’t work.
If you stay there they will regulate you everywhere. It is like pre-school. Even when you try to enter the Pool-Area they check your private Purse. And if you have a Candy inside you have to leave it at the checkpoint.
Even they stolen my newbought Dress. We left it after Room-Change at the old Room and they were not able to find it. It was new still with the Tag on it.
We booked the Hotel for the Pool. We have never entered the Pool becaused at no Point we felt welcome at that Hotel. At the end of the day the three days at this hotel were a nightmare an the worst days of our vacation.
Las piscinas, el restaurante Biggio’s. El Starbucks dentro del hotel, la vista de la habitación todo en general.
Nada, todo me gustó.
Pool
I almost slipped at the jacuzzi area. The railing leading in and out of the pillow is rather low. It should be raised. Also it’s a safety hazard since many of the guest are having drinks and may have a fall with the slippery tile. It may be beneficial to have a slip resistant pad there.
For a hotel positioned as a luxury property with luxury pricing, my friend and I left feeling underwhelmed. There were no robes or slippers in the room, and only one bottle of water was provided. The biggest disappointment, though, was the pool. It looks impressively large—very Texas—but the water was uncomfortably cold that evening. After a long day, we were really looking forward to relaxing in the pool, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. With the rates this property charges, I expected the pool to be heated, or at least warm enough to enjoy. Service at the pool was also lacking. Although an attendant was stationed at the entrance, no one approached us or offered any assistance. We arrived around 9:10 pm, well before closing time, yet it felt like the area was already shutting down. Overall, the experience didn’t match the price point or the luxury branding.
