Staff were very responsive to the issues i had in the rooms i stayed in

Every single room i stayed in had an issue.
LEAKING AC units in 2 rooms.
AC unit not working in 1 room..

Stayed in 4 different rooms in the 2 weeks there and had no compensation.

Moved rooms at 1130pm... and 430am. Which I found rediculous.

Would not recommend or stay again.
Pros:

The pool area, view from the rooftop terrace, it was close to everything, ladies at check in desk were lovely.

Cons:

• Mattress too hard
• Pillows too hard, asked for soft pillows & they were still too hard. Woke up with a very sore back every day & even my opioids couldn't help my pain.
• No milk, only 2 coffee sachets & 2 sugar sachets, needed at least 12 coffee & 12 sugar sachets for the length of our stay.
• Fridge was not plugged in, had to pull fridge out to plug in.
• Ice tray not clean
• Microwave placed up high, was very heavy, had to get it down to plug in on different shelf.
• Nowhere in kitchen to plug kettle in, plugged kettle in at bedside table.
• Kitchen cutlery unorganised, mismatched & dirty
• Plates were dirty
• No dishwashing liquid, dish cloth or tea towel to wash dishes
• No microwave food cover or cling film to cover food when microwaving
• There was a stove & oven to cook but no utensils, pans, oven trays or oil
• Kitchen window did not lock so was a constant draught of air making blinds tap the wall.
• Some ants in room
• Only allowed 1 towel each, I needed an extra towel for my hair so had to get by with a hand towel
• No shampoo, conditioner or lotion, only body wash.
• Only 1 roll of toilet paper. Although it does get restocked every day, it's a very cheap, thin toilet paper. Easy to use more than 1 per day.
• Lounge & lounge cushions are hard.
• Welcome drink coupon is for "juice only". Juice is actually cordial to Aussies.
• Carbonara I ordered for lunch is not carbonara, it is spaghetti version of Mac & cheese with bacon & disgusting.
• Ordered pizza bread expecting a basic pizza with cheese or oil, garlic maybe, but it was a dry, crunchy, plain pizza base with herbs sprinkled on top.
• Ordered a long Island iced tea & it was almost unbearable. Will not order anything else from the bar or restaurant. Everything was terrible & disgusting. We know now this is why we never saw anybody at the food & drink area in our whole 6 night stay.
