Wir haben das Hotel nur gebucht weil es ganz groß stand Barjerenfrei inkl. Frühstück.
Jeden Morgen 15 Treppen zum Frühstück, mit 70 und 80 % Behinderung. SCHRECKLICH.
Es war sehr, sehr, sehr, sehr, armes Frühstück.
An der Theke wo die Marmelade stand, alles voller Ameisen, Das Essen in Wärmebehältern immer nur lauwarm, immer das gleiche.
Wir wahren 60 Tage in dem Hotel, hatten nur 2 mal erlebt das es Hörnchen zum Tee gab, sonnst nie und kein Gebäck.
4 Sterne Hotel, es kann’s doch nicht war sein.
Das Hotel Brauch schon lange eine Kernsanierung.
Nachts kam aus den Abflüssen, Kanalgeruch, widerlich zum kotzen.
Wir haben uns beim Personal gemeldet. Leider keine hilfreiche Idee.
Wir haben dann nach Alternative gesucht und haben ein kleines Handtuch auf den Abfluss gekegelt.
Dafür wurde uns an der Kaution 400 Batt abgezogen.
Die Mittarbeiter sind nach unserer Meinung nicht interessieret eine gute Bewertung zu bekommen.
Die Putzfrauen haben nur das nötigste gemacht, alle Ecken voller Staub und dreck.
Die Betten wurden nur nach unserer Aufforderung frisch gemacht.
Alle Bewertungen mit 8 und 10 ist voller Betrug.

Theres a lot of remedial work needed to make it comfortable. Who on earth puts a kitchen right next to the entrance its just crazy

The size of the room was great but the doors around the bed real weird. You will have the best omelette/scrambled eggs ever for breakfast. Cocktails are pretty good. The pool is neat only used a couple of times but its clean. Staff are great and are the plus point here. The view was neat with thunderstorms on show

Cons:

The internet is woeful i mean really bad. TV will freeze constantly. The smell from the sink is like a rat called in and died. The tap was really loose so awkward to use. Washing machine unusable as theres not outflow pipework. The hob didnt work and the aircon broke twice it was fixed but next day spewed out so much water. Theres a bath but no bath stuff to actually have one. This was someones apartment you can tell so its empty. Strange feeling

Sale la pisine a même pas de joint sur le carrelage on se coupe le pied et même il est trop chère pour le pris comme je suis restée bloqué à cause de la guerre j’ai pris un autre hôtel plus jolie pour 800 bahts par nuit
