Pros:

Un immense merci à Béatrice pour son accueil exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, dans un contexte particulièrement stressant après l’évacuation liée à l’incendie, elle a su se montrer très rassurante, d’une grande bienveillance et d’un professionnalisme remarquable. Sa gentillesse et son attention ont vraiment fait la différence et m’ont permis de retrouver un peu de sérénité. Merci encore pour votre empathie et aide !

Je suis très satisfait de cet Hotel, et j'y retourne dès que possible.
Le personnel de l'accueil est très aimable , la chambre , le lit et les oreillers sont très confortables, et rien ne manque pour le petit déjeuner de plus c'est un hôtel très calme .
Je le recommande .

Pros:

Prive gesloten parking. Airco blijft werken als je de kamer verlaat.

Cons:

Inchecken via selfcheck verliep moeizaam. Kamer zeer klein maar voor deze prijs in orde. Hygiene kon beter. Spinnen in de hoek en kevertjes in de badkamer. Ontbijt veel te duur voor deze accomodatie, we hebben het dan ook niet genomen.

Le réceptionniste à l'accueil a été très accueillant et arrangeant. J'avais réservé les petits déjeuners mais à cause de l'heure à laquelle je devais partir le lendemain matin, je n'avais pas la possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner.
Le réceptionniste m'a proposé de prendre à emporter de quoi compenser le petit déjeuner non pris (brioche, compote, céréales).
Ce petit geste a été fortement apprécié.
