Pros:

Las recepcionistas del hotel todas encantadoras!!! Te ayudan con todo y hablan genial ingles, muy preocupadas y pendientes, ofrecen paraguas si llueven y te ayudan con los traslados y a planificar las visitas. Muy buena relacion calidad precio y ubicacion increible. Cafe y agua incluida que facilita las mañanas. Nosotras no lo utilizamos pero tambien hay lavanderia.

Auf das Zimmer achten
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Viele Aktionen vor Ort buchbar.
Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass die Wäsche vom Empfangsteam kostenlos gewaschen und getrocknet wurde.

Cons:

Ich hatte das Zimmer links neben der Rezeption, hier hat man leider die Gespräche gedämpft im Zimmer gehört.
Da das Personal sehr kommunikativ ist gab es eben viele Gespräche oder auch weil es dort gratis Kaffee gibt.

Jede Nacht wenn ich wieder in mein Zimmer kam, lag dort eine Kakerlake auf dem Rücken, die aber noch (zumindest kurz in dem Moment) gelebt hat und wenn man nicht schnell zuschlägt wegrennen.
Am letzten Tag waren es 2, eins vor dem Bett eine im Bad.

Ich glaube in einem anderen Zimmer wäre der Aufenthalt richtig gut gewesen.

Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ φιλικό και βοηθητικό προσωπικό , κάποιες διορθώσεις στην καθαριότητα

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο Πεκίνο, έχει δίπλα το μετρό που βοηθάει πάρα πολύ και ένα κέντρο με πολλά μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια. Ταξιδεύω πάρα πολύ και βλέπω πολλά ξενοδοχεία, το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο ξεχωρίζει από την εξυπηρέτηση που παρέχει το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείο, δνε αφήσανε ούτε ένα αναπάντητο ερώτημα μου, ότι μου έδωσαν από την υποδοχή ήταν δωρεάν, νερά, αναψυκτικά. Στην συνέχεια με βοήθησαν πάρα πολύ με το πώς θα κλείσω εισιτήρια σε ναούς, εκδρομές και που θα βρω αυτό που ψάχνω. Άμα δνε ήταν οι κυρίες να βοηθήσουν θα είχα χαθεί σου Πεκίνο λόγω το ότι ήταν τεράστιο και το βράδυ ο κύριος που ήτανε στην υποδοχή ήταν ευγενικός και πρόθυμος. Η εξυπηρέτηση με λίγα λόγια ήταν τρομερή !!! Είναι πολλές μονάδες πάνω σε σχέση με την εξυπηρέτηση του επιπέδου της Ευρώπης.
Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ από καρδιάς !!!
Και θα χαρώ να με φιλοξενήσετε πάλι !!!

Το μόνο θέμα μου ήταν η καθαριότητα του δωματίου, δνε επιτρέπεται να είναι η εξυπηρέτηση στο 10 και η καθαριότητα στο 6 - 7 και εξηγώ. Διανυκτέρευση για τρεις ημέρες και δεν έγινε αλλαγή σεντονιών, μόνο στρώσιμο το ίδιο σεντόνι και τακτοποίηση. Το δωμάτιο χρειαζότανε πολύ περισσότερο σκούπισμα και σφουγγαρίσμα καθημερινά. Επίσης θα τοποθετήσετε στα δωμάτια παντόφλες μιας χρήσης όχι παντόφλες σκονισμένες και τις έχουν χρησιμοποιήσει άλλοι ταξιδιώτες. Και πολύ σημαντικό τα σεντόνια πρέπει να αλλάζονται!

The staff were incredible!!! So attentive to us and were really helpful in providing information. The location was great - close to metro and supermarkets. The laundry service was excellent

The bathroom floor was slippery - there are signs and it is manageable but would be tough if you were older or unsteady on your feet.

Short but great stay in Beijing and Happy Dragon hotel.
Pros:

Staff was amazing, all very sweet and caring, they helped me a lot. The location is excellent, in between 2 metro lines, easy to walk to. Simple, clean, great value for money. Free laundry, water supply and helpful.

Pros:

Great location near many attractions, incredible staff extremely helpful and friendly. They are very sincere in wanting to make your stay and visit to Beijing as good as possible. Clean and comfortable room and plenty of dining options and convenience stores very close by. Would stay again

Pros:

O atendimento da equipe da recepção foi maravilhoso. Falam inglês básico, e são extremamente solícitos e atenciosos!

Localização boa (bem próximo a 2 estações de metrô, e a poucos quilômetros de caminhada até a cidade proibida).

Quarto, roupa de cama e roupa de banho limpos e sem bichos.

Cama confortável e local silencioso, permitindo uma boa noite de sono.

Ambiente agradável.

Chá e água de cortesia.

Internet funcionou bem e com VPN

Gostei também da experiência de ficar hospedado em um Hutong (da outra vez que fui a Pequim, fiquei hospedado na área mais moderna, e gostei de conhecer este 'outro lado' da cidade)

Cons:

O quarto é pequeno (não há espaço suficiente para abrir 2 malas grandes simultaneamente), mas a única coisa que realmente me causou algum transtorno foi o banheiro, que é pequeno, perigoso e ineficiente.

Sugestão para o proprietário:
Instalar uma proteção de borracha na quina da pia do banheiro (visando evitar lesões mais graves mediante eventuais escorregões).

Sugestões para outros hóspedes:
1. O quarto atende muito bem para quem está hospedado sozinho, mas sugiro avaliar se estiver com outra pessoa, pois o vaso sanitário fica no mesmo espaço do chuveiro, sendo impossível de ser utilizado quando alguém está tomando banho).
2. Utilize chinelos anti-derrapantes e tenha muito cuidado, pois o piso fica bem escorregadio ao tomar banho.
