Great location. Great service. Staff very helpful
Fantastic experience! We arrived very early in the morning, and the staff kindly offered us coffee and allowed us to leave our luggage there until our room was ready. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. She recommended great restaurants and attractions, explained the best times to visit, and even helped us book a few things since we weren’t familiar with the language. She also gave us recommendations for both Chinese and Western food. Overall, the staff here is incredible, very helpful, friendly and really give their best to make sure you have an excellent stay at their hotel. Thanks for that!!
The rooms were excellent value for the money. They were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Water and coffee were complimentary, and we received great help whenever we needed it.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, zentral und in der Nähe der wichtigsten U-Bahn-Linien für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht sehr gut Englisch und steht immer und jederzeit zur Hilfe bereit. Egal welche Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten, immer konnten sie uns erfolgreich beraten und helfen.

Das Zimmer war einfach aber sauber und es hatte alles was man braucht.
Preis/Leistung stimmt zumal die Lage sehr Zentral ist.
Hotel ideal para pasar unos días en Pekín, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas y a solo 5 paradas de metro de todas las visitas. El personal inmejorable, era verano y cada vez que salíamos tenían botella de agua fría para darnos, nos dejaron salir antes y entrar más tarde. 100% recomendable.
Amazing staff. All the kind ladies were so welcoming and helpful, throughout all our stay. They suggested best routes and places around and also reserved the Great Wall trip for us. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it had everything we needed, it was clean, convenient and perfectly located, walking distance to many interesting spots, and two metro stations very close.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mumu. The location was very good.
The bathroom was a bit dated, it could use an update.

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist in einem charmanten, historischen Gebäude untergebracht. Die Zimmer sind zwar kompakt, aber extrem gut durchdacht, hochfunktional eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und wunderbar ruhig geschlafen.
Ein ganz großes Lob geht an das Service-Team am Empfang: Die Betreuung ist unglaublich herzlich und aufmerksam – hier findet man wirklich für jedes Anliegen direkt eine Lösung. Zu den tollen Extras gehören kostenfreies Wasser, Tee und Kaffee sowie ein fantastischer, kostenfreier Wäscheservice, der die Reise extrem angenehm macht.
Auch die Lage ist perfekt: Direkt vor der Tür erlebt man das quirlige, authentische Peking-Leben mit hervorragenden Nudelshops in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.
Ich komme definitiv sehr gerne wieder und kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der eine charmante, ruhige Oase mit Top-Service sucht!

Shout-out to the staff especially
- Hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, able to converse easily in both English and Mandarin
- There was practically always a staff at the counter, so easily contactable for assistance
- Provided complimentary laundry services, which were very much appreciated
- Our room had 3 separate beds, which is ideal for our group of 3 friends
- Although our room was on the first floor, generally no loud noises that bothered us at night
- Location is relatively near the major Beijing attractions, which helps travel time
Minor comments
- Bathroom is rather basic, small and the ceiling is low, so taller folks may have to watch their head
- When using adaptor with the wall sockets, it loses connection and stops charging if there is slight movement of the charger and adaptor, though I am not sure if this is due to the wall socket itself or due to my adaptor
La gentillesse de Mumu à l’accueil, la propreté et le confort de la chambre ainsi que son emplacement géographique (métro accessible en 5min à pied, des cafés, street food…)
L’insonorisation n’est pas au top mais avec des bouchons d’oreilles (qui sont directement à disposition dans la chambre) c’est vite réglé

What really stands out about this property is the dedication of the staff. They make you feel so welcome from the moment you arrive right up to the moment you leave. It feels like home. They really go above and beyond and will assist you with anything you need. Location is also great, lots of cafes shops and restaurants nearby and very close to a couple of metro stations. Would highly recommend this as a base for exploring Beijing.
The only thing we disliked was how small the bathroom was, but it was manageable.

La atención por parte del personal crea la diferencia sin ninguna duda. Súper Atentas y siempre con una sonrisa,porque en nuestro caso nos atendieron dos chicas. Nos explicaron las cosas con detalle y siempre que salíamos a la calle nos ofrecían té, café o agua un detalle que se agradece siempre. Estuvimos solo una noche pero es muy probable que cuando vuelva a China repita alojamiento porque además está muy bien comunicado y en metro tardas solo 1h al aeropuerto y estás en pleno centro. Gracias equipo, hasta pronto 🤗
La moqueta de los pasillos, por lo demás todo correcto por el precio que pagas estaba la habitación limpia y todo bien.
