L'équipe était extraordinaire ! Le staff est très attentionné. Bouteilles d’eau, conseils sur nos sorties, activités et trajets. Les environs sont très agréables. Près de lignes de métro.

Central, clean, helpful and friendly staff with good English skills.
Pros:

Very central, 20-30 min walk to the hidden city. Shopping mall and lots of food stalls just around the corner. Staff is super friendly and helpful and very good in English. They gave me free coffee and lots of free water bottles and let me store my backpack after checkout, highly recommend this place !

I absolutely loved my stay in Beijing, and this hotel made the experience even more memorable.

I arrived very late from Tokyo, and from the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed. The receptionist kindly offered me water, checked me in quickly, and even helped me with my luggage after my long journey.

The two young ladies and another wonderful lady at the reception were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to assist me with local apps, translations, and any questions I had, which made exploring Beijing so much easier.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to public transportation, making it convenient to get around the city. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the lovely atmosphere during my evening walks around the neighborhood.

I am truly happy that I chose to stay at this hotel, and I am grateful to have met such wonderful people. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. I wish all of these amazing ladies the very best, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing.

Happy met Happy Dragon

Alles! Wat hebben wij een ontzettend leuk verblijf gehad bij Happy Dragon Hostel. Bij aankomst werden wij hartelijk ontvangen. De dames van het hostel zijn echt happy. En heel behulpzaam. Voordat wij op pad gingen, kregen wij een flesje water mee. De metrokaarten? Die konden wij van hen lenen. Achteraf werd het bedrag dat wij gebruikt hadden, in rekening gebracht. Gratis thee, koffie en water. Een schone kamer. Dicht bij de metro. Gaan we ooit weer naar Beijing, dan zeker weer naar Happy Dragon.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at!
Pros:

I’ve stayed in many hotels but this has to be one of my all time favourite! No view but that is irrelevant and never in room bar to sleep. Room very clean, amazing powerful shower too!
The location is perfect, very close to 3 different metros, lots of great restaurants and bars nearby too, and the staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful they really made my stay special, so thank you to all and I will definitely be back!

La struttura potrebbe migliorare io avevo una doppia e stavamo davvero un po stretti il.bagno effettivamente quando facevi la doccia si bagnava dappertutto basterebbero dei piccoli accorgimenti per renderla più gradevole !!!

Best customer service ever!
Pros:

What a great location! Close to 3 metro lines and at the end of Fulong Street, which had lots of restaurants and entertainment. The highlight though was the staff. Mumu and Eva were exceptional hosts. They were friendly and helpful like we have never before experienced in all our travels. They made the hotel great!

Cons:

We had a double twin room and it was so small there was nowhere for us to put our bags.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they were always available whenever I needed assistance. A special thank you to Eva, who even lent me her umbrella on a rainy day!
The location is very convenient, and the surrounding area is always well-lit thanks to the shopping mall nearby, which made me feel comfortable walking around in the evening.

Cons:

The only small thing I would have appreciated was a little more space in the shower, but in the end it wasn't really an issue.
