Pros:

Le personnel accueillant et aidant.
La chambre immense, la douche immense, le lit immense et confortable.
Situé en plein Gangnam

Cons:

C'est le seul hotel lors de mon séjour de 6 semaines en Coree/Japon qui n'a pas de micro ondes soit dans la chambre soit dans un espace commun. Je suis rentré tard un soir et acheté un plat a réchauffé. J'ai demandé à la réception et il n'avait pas de micro onde. Et pas de cuillère non plus pour mon dessert. Je suis retourné au combini utiliser leur équipement.
Ce n'est qu'un détail qui ne change en rien mon appréciation sur mon séjour dans cet hotel. Et c'est le seul défaut que j'ai ressenti donc si vous n'avez pas besoin de micro ondes, cet hotel sera parfait.

Excellent staff made our stay very pleasant. soured by the fact hotel wouldn't allow rebooking

The large layout, the beautiful big bed
and sink area and marble was very nice and large also
Staff onsite were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful front desk. I sent messages to ask for things, as we were out many days, and the receptionists kindly delivered these to our door.

Cons:

That the property would NOT let me cancel my booking - and rebook - after I saw the same stay advertised several hundred pounds cheaper on a different travel site. I asked them several times and they refused over and over again
I even asked them if they would add a discount and told them about the better price, they refused

Would also have liked a bath as well as a shower, so we had the option. Later on in stay I saw a bath next door and was very disappointed our
room had not got one - nor had they asked or offered us a choice or option of a bath on check in
