Won't be returning.
Pros:

Was promised breakfast daily but there was actually none. Hotel made no effort in that for recovery, not even a discount or provide breakfast snacks at lobby. They were said kitchen was down but we neither saw a kitchen nor any repair efforts ongoing.
The worst was the foul plumbing smell that came from the bathroom despite some "maintenance". It felt too troublesome to change room since it was already the middle of my stay so I tolerated it. The staff also did not know the nearest convenience store doesn't sell T-money cards but kept sending us there.

Cons:

Staff could have better knowledge of tourists needs and spoke better English.
Plumbing needs to be better maintained. Housekeeping needs to not enter the room when guests are still in them. When something was promised but becomes unavailable, some compensation should be offered. There is a steep slope with a small road to walk up to the hotel, neither good for guests not taxis.

Great, I would come back.
Pros:

Very nice hotel, super friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean, very good quality vs price,

Cons:

Sometimes in the morning the maitenance or cleaning staff would come in and out of the adjacent rooms repeatedly and the doors bang loudly making it hard to sleep late. It could also have been a guest making all this noise I am not sure it was the staff.

Convenient and modern stay in Gangnam.
Pros:

A few minutes walk to an underground station, lots of cafes, convenience shops close by, modern clean facilities.

Cons:

The room was a little small for 3 people.

Pros:

Gangnam is a bit out of the way compared to myeondong and similar areas however it is a bit quieter and has great connections on bus and rail to more central areas. I’d recommend this hotel as the staff were very courteous and pleasant and the room itself was great value for the size

Struttura davvero top
Anche se non ho idea per quale motivo era addobbato con decorazioni natalizie ancora.
La struttura è nuova, davvero pulita e ben tenuta si può definire un hotel di lusso anche se mancava il servizio colazione ma avevano una buonissima macchina del caffè italiano dove fare cappuccino e caffè.
Ci hanno omaggiato con un upgrade gratuito della stanza, cosa davvero gradita.
La stanza era davvero bellissima.

Cons:

Nulla, forse che la struttura si trova un po’ lontano dal centro di gangnam ma per il resto tutto ok
