Sophoan and his team are just wonderful, always ready help, kind, and friendly. They make you feel like family.

Sophoan, the manager of the hotel, shared great insights, was always available for a chat, and does all this with genuine joy and empathy, and always has a smile on his face. When I unexpectedly arrived ahead of time he kindly let me check in early, and graciously allowed me to check out late as well.

This place is a true gem, with thoughtfully decorated, clean rooms which include great amenities, a little coffee/breakfast area, and an all around calm and inviting atmosphere.

I highly recommend this place.

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel hotel situé au coeur du centre historique de Kampot. Petit établissement très joliment décoré et confortable dans une vieille maison coloniale. Personnel adorable et de bon conseil pour les sorties. Excellent petit déjeuner. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

A beautiful hotel in an old house, in the centre of Kampot.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifuly decorated. You feel like home.
Breakfast was delicious, served with different fresh fruits each morning.
Everyone was lovely, and they helped us book 2 tours , one for Bokor and one for Kep.

Eine aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft für Kampot. Der freundliche Besitzer hilft in jeder Lage auch mit Unterstützung seiner motivierten Mitarbeiter.
Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr individuell. Was für mich punktete, eine perfekte, moderne Nasszelle und leistungsstarkes Internet.
Frühstück nach eigenem Geschmack leicht abgeändert war nie ein Problem.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist man in seiner Ruhe nie gestört.

This is a really beautiful hotel with a wonderful French-historic vibe right in the center of Kampot. The staff here are 100% amazing and incredibly accommodating. I would definitely return here!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay really deserves one. I booked this place based on what people said about the owner, Pascal—and honestly, every single review was spot on.

He’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful without ever feeling over the top. From the moment I arrived, everything just felt easy and comfortable.

You can tell he truly cares about his guests, not just running a business. It’s rare to come across hosts like this, and it really made the whole experience that much better.

If you’re staying in Kampot, I’d definitely recommend this place.

L’adresse de charme à Kampot. La chambre était décorée avec beaucoup de goût tout comme le reste de l’établissement. La situation est très centrale. Le propriétaire est aux petits soins. La plantation de poivre est très proche comme les marais salants.
