Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hotel, l'accès direct à la plage, la chambre très spacieuse et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

La robinetterie, wc ont besoin d'être rénovés. Les transats sont vieillots et les matelas très fins donc pas confortables ! Les gens extérieurs qui viennent squatter la plage de l'hotel !

Pros:

I giardini che adornano i bungalow e tutta la struttura e che ti accompagnano fino alla spiaggia privata fornita di pochi lettini sono davvero belli.
Lo staff del ristorante è la ragazza “sorridente” alla reception sono stati accoglienti.
Wi-Fi veloce.

Cons:

Per i servizi che offre è caro. Ko Samui è diventata più cara rispetto ad altri posti della Thailandia.
La poca cordialità della ragazza (la tipa meno sorridente) al check out. Supponente e irritante. Se è infastidita dai guests, la receptionist non è il lavoro per lei. Prima volta che mi capita di avere a che fare con un tailandese così poco accogliente.

Для проживающих, без залога, можно арендовать скутер.
Отличное место!

Cons:

Вызов такси с ресепшена дорогой, лучше воспользоваться приложением.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est juste parfait, proche de tout. La plage de Lamai en accès direct est vraiment bien, la mer est belle et la plage est propre. Petit déjeuner correct mais c'est toujours la même chose. Le personnel est top et agréable, et toujours aux petits soins. La piscine est petite mais suffisante. Hôtel propre, la chambre est faite tous les jours.

Cons:

Les bungalows sont vieillots. Refaire le tout au goût du jour. Notamment remplacer la décoration et changer le papier peint au mur. Remplacer notamment les matelas des transats à la piscine qui sont usés. Je suis restée sur une note assez négative lors de mon chek out car le réceptionniste a facturé 700 baths pour une toute petite tâche sur un drap alors que la tâche était déjà existante.

Pros:

Prachtige schone kamers, goede douche, goede bedden. Restaurant was goed en prima service aan het strand. Dichtbij drukke winkelstraat met winkeltjes, restaurants en bars maar totaal geen overlast hiervan. Top locatie!

Horrible et traumatisante.
Pros:

Globalement rien, mais son emplacement front de mer et proche des animations (shopping, restaurant…) est un plus.

Cons:

Le manager et son manque de professionnalisme quant à la relation client. Une expérience horrible qui m’a valu de changer d’hôtel la veille pour le lendemain avec ma famille. Le séjour est passé de 4 nuits à 1 !
Au cours de cette nuit, quelle déception; la literie est pitoyable, on sent que 2 lits ont été collés avec une grande barre de fer au milieu, très désagréable.
Aucune connexion wifi opérationnelle; préparez vous à consommer vos GO internet.
Décoration fade, vraiment pas à la hauteur du lieu et de l’expérience souhaitée.

Pros:

The location was great. Located on the beachfront and on a nice street with lots of bars, restaurants and shops.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was okay, nothing special for the breakfast.

Cons:

The room had cockroaches. The bathroom drains were awful and constantly smelling of rotten eggs. The bed was old and you felt like you might fall through it. The duvet had the wrong size cover so the duvet had over a foot hanging out. The door to the room was sticking and you needed to really pull it ridiculously hard to shut etc.

Pros:

Good location, right on beach and super close to the main strip without being loud. Great view from 4th/top floor overlooking the ocean. Sunbeds on the beachfronrt were great to lay on and chill. Pool was clean and set up well. Staff were good. Lots of cupboard/desk space to put your things. Room was spacious. Overall a good stay/no problems.

Cons:

Breakfast seemed a bit on the pricey side but I didn't eat it so perhaps it was worth it. Decor a little old fashioned but fine.

Pros:

Location was brilliant. Swimming excellent and very close to the Main Street of Lamai.
Loved the firm mattresses.

Cons:

Needs some upgrading however this is true for a lot of properties in Lamai as they are still recovering from the absence of tourists during the COVID pandemic.
We changed rooms from the top floor of a more modern building due to terrible vibrations (+ some noise) that were fluctuating and significantly worse in the bathroom. Turns out, it was caused by a water pump on the roof nearby and evidently it affects rooms 405-408.
We moved to an old bungalow, didn’t ask for or get offered a refund for the difference (no views) however no longer had to endure the vibrations, just the extremely creaky floorboards. Could see through some of the gaps!! Slept well though as quite dark but we like that. Bathroom much better in the bungalow.
JetSki’s were operating both sides of the area in front of the resort - noisy and irritating but you get used to it.

Pros:

A localização é ótima, a zona de praia para tomar banho também é boa apesar de ter imensas motas de agua a beira e o pequeno almoço buffet é muito bom e variado.

Cons:

Os bungalow estão um pouco desgastados e a area de wc também nao é muito moderna. Mas a parte que mais desiludiu e era a parte que mais me interessava eram a parte de apoio na praia, principalmente espreguiçadeiras, não tem nada a ver com as fotos que apresentam com guarda sois e espreguiçadeiras com bons colchões, so tem guarda sois na area do bar com puffs. Merece uma melhoria grande e a area esta muito mal aproveitada.

Très déçue de mon séjour ! Nous ne passons pas notre journée ds la chambre mais le minimum n’y était pas !
Pros:

J’ai aimé l’emplacement qui était proche de tout les commerces et du nightmarket

Cons:

Les comodités très médiocre ! La salle de bain vétuste, pas d’eau chaude, serviettes changées 2 fois en 5 nuits !
Présence de blattes ds la salle de bain à mon arrivée et j’ai séjourné avec des geckos dans ma chambre et ai eu droit à un concert toutes les nuits !!
Signalés mais pas d’amélioration.
Notre côté plage était occupé par des jet ski et donc nous devions nous éloignés pour bien profité.
