Wi-Fi non funzionante, canali satellitari assenti, presenza di scarafaggi, jeco formiche e termiti nella camera da letto liquidate dal personale come un fatto normale..... colazione impresentabile... scarsa nella scelta e nei rifornimenti del cibo disponibile, cappuccio e caffè solo a pagamento..... e mi fermo qui.....

We really enjoyed the location — the hotel is right in the heart of the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops and other infrastructure within walking distance. The sea and the beach were excellent.

The breakfasts were very good, with a good choice of food. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay — very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Our room was on the top floor of the main building. It was comfortable, and the regular housekeeping was very good. Overall, there were many things we genuinely enjoyed about our stay.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Terrasse. Gute Lage das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Das meiste Personal war sehr freundlich wie Kellner und Putzfrau. Frühstück war einfach aber gut. Die Zimmer wurden gut geputzt. Die Handtücher und Strandtücher wurden regelmäßig ausgetauscht. Man konnte gut und auch günstig im Hotel essen.

Cons:

Wir sind Nachts an- und abgereist und hatten leider einen nicht sehr freundlichen Mann an der Rezeption. Ich denke das ist der erste und letzte Eindruck und der war dann wirklich negativ. Am Strand sind beidseits Jetskiverleih das war dann doch oft laut. Die Anlage ist schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Pros:

La localisation de l'hôtel sur la plage, la location sur place de scooter sans payer de caution ni remise de passeport, la réservation directement à l'accueil d'une sortie tyrolienne très sympa et avec un tarif plus intéressant qu'en prenant les billets sur place, le restaurant et son excellente salade papaye, l'accès aux activités nautiques sur la plage et bien sûr, la gentillesse du personnel.

Access to the beach and close to the night market - good view for sea view from the room - spacious room.

Cons:

The rooms are in poor condition and need better maintenance. The walls had mold, and the first room I was given had ants and other insects, which was very disappointing.

The staff did change my room the following day, which I appreciated, and because of that I was considering giving a better rating.

However, on my last day I asked whether the hotel had a shuttle to the airport and was told that they did. There was no mention at all that this was a paid service, so I naturally assumed it was provided by the hotel. The next morning, I was asked to pay for the transfer, and the price was actually higher than what I could have paid using Grab or Bolt.

I would have really appreciated being informed about the cost when I first asked about the shuttle so I could make an informed choice. Overall, the room condition and lack of transparency regarding the airport transfer affected my experience.

Struttura bellissima con qualche pecca
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta con accesso diretto in spiaggia, buona la colazione con prodotti preparati al momento.
Ottimo il servizio di noleggio scooter.
Piscina grande e pulita.

Cons:

L’acqua della doccia non viene molto calda, a tratti troppo fredda
La camera viene pulita ogni giorno ma su 4 notti non sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola del letto.

Pros:

Tutto perfetto, ho alloggiato nel bungalow con vista mare veramente incantevole. Struttura molto carina e pulita,personale gentilissimo,in reception puoi direttamente prenotare escursioni e affittare scooter senza dover lasciare la caparra. Colazione buona e varia sia dolce che salata,bar sulla spiaggia.

Velká škoda, resort má potenciál minimálně polohou a krásnou pláží být jeden z nejlepších na ostrově, bohužel ho někteří

Přístup k moři, krásná pláždobrá poloha, přitom blízko k jedné z hlavních tepen obchodu a restauraci, vynikající snídaně (TOP)

Cons:

Recepční, tu holku která tam byla při našem příjezdu na hotel ať pošlou domů, očividně tam nechce být, práce a komunikace s lidmi ji vyloženě obtěžuje, komáři na pokoji(vyřešeno tentýž den odpuzovacím přístrojem ze 7Eleven), ubytování hodně staré, podlahy vržou, postel snad ze 18.století. Absolutně nevyhovující, budil jsem se přítelkyni celou noc navzájem při pouhém pohybu.
