Nice place in a great location
Pros:

The staff are absolutely lovely. The hotel is good and has a pool area in the gardens. Its right on the beach ( but beware of the sand flies/ mosquitos.) I had a garden bungalow which was smaller than it appeared in the pictures but had everything required. It coukd have done with a little updating but was adequate for our needs.

Cons:

After 2 weeks some neighbours moved in next door and at night they stayed up talking to 1-2 am and the sound coukd be heard quite clearly in our bungalow. I would suggest some insulation against the noise. I only had this 1 night but had I stayed it woukd have been very annoying

Relaxing all the way! Koh Samui is the best! Thank you all
Pros:

Lovely island vibe, relaxed and right on the beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful and food and drinks good. Happy hour between 5 & 7 pm.
Nice swimming pool also.
Nice and quiet yet very close to Main Street for restaurants etc

Cons:

Minor problem on checking in when couldn’t open wardrobe as off runners but they moved us to another room straight away.

Tolle Lage am Lamai Beach.
Pros:

Die Lage am Beach ist wunderbar und auch sonst für Ausflüge gut gelegen. Die Bungalow sind nicht riesig, aber schön und sauber. Das Personal, vor allem Kong im Restaurant, waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Dame am Empfang war etwas unmotiviert.

Pros:

The location was fantastic! In the centre of lamai and also beach front

Cons:

We stayed in a garden bungalow. The bathroom was very out dated, hot water unit in the shower with you and the water only gets lukewarm. The water also did not drain well from the shower so you were standing ankle deep in water. The room key is connected to the electricity so when you leave your room the air con is turned off, this is awful when it’s 35 degrees outside! When we went to reception to ask a question, my partner was asked to pay 3000 Bart for new sheets as they assumed there was blood on the sheet. My partner explained that it was not blood and told them to wash them before asking for them to be replaced. After this conversation, the staff were no longer nice to us.

Top locatie, mooi stuk strand voor het hotel. Lekker ontbijt

Cons:

Heel erg verouderd. Hele harde bedden. Ik denk dat er lange tijd geen onderhoud is gepleegd aan de bungalows.
