Gute Pension in zentraler Innenstadtlage
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral - mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen. Vieles ist sehr gut und fussläufig erreichbar. Man ist jedoch auch mitten im touristischen Gedränge der Stadt.

Cons:

Das „Boutiquehotel“ war laut Beschilderung offenbar schon lange Zeit eine „Pension“. Aus meiner Sicht passt diese Bezeichnung auch heute noch besser, da ein Boutiquehotel eine gewisse Exklusivität erwarten lässt, die nicht erfüllt wird. Ich hatte ein schmal geschnittenes Einzelzimmer mit einem sehr schmalen Einzelbett und einem winzigen Bad ohne jegliche Ablagefläche. Das alte Gebäude ist nun einmal so wie es ist. Ohne komplette Entkernung kann man eben nur im vorhandenen Rahmen arbeiten.

Toller Wienkurzurlaub
Pros:

Tolles kulturhistorisches Haus mitten in der City & Fußgängerzone. (Hier hat mal Mozart gewohnt).
Die Metro / Tram ist fussläufig erreichbar. Nur das Klappern der Hufe der Fiaker war zu hören und das Glockengeläut des Stephansdoms. Einfach herrlich.
Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es wurden die Eierspeisen a la Minute nur für mich zubereitet. Ja und draußen, bleiben keine kulinarischen Wünsche offen. Manchmal ist es sinnvoll Plätze in den nahegelegenden Restaurants zu reservieren
Alles war sauber. Ach und die Zimmer sooo schön. Und alle Etagen sind mit nem Lift erreichbar.
Gerne wieder !

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut spitze und total zentral – man ist schnell überall. Erstaunlicherweise war es trotz der zentralen Lage im Zimmer angenehm ruhig, was wirklich ein Pluspunkt ist.

Cons:

​Leider war es das dann aber auch schon mit den positiven Aspekten. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig, was besonders im Badezimmer auffällig war. Auch das Frühstück war für den verlangten Preis absolut nicht berauschend – da stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach nicht.

​Der größte Kritikpunkt war jedoch der Umgang des Reinigungspersonals mit unserer Privatsphäre. Am ersten Tag hatten wir extra das Schild „Bitte nicht stören / nicht putzen“ an die Tür gehängt. Das Zimmer wurde trotzdem betreten. Damit nicht genug: Es wurden ungefragt Sachen weggeworfen. Unsere mitgebrachte Jause war weg, teilweise noch saubere Kunststoffgläser auf dem Tisch wurden einfach entsorgt, und sogar Dekoration („Klimbim“) für einen Polterabend wurde einfach weggeschmissen. Das geht absolut nicht und ist extrem ärgerlich.

Calidad precio. Céntrico. Amables
Pros:

La ubicación en pleno centro de viena. El personal muy amable y el recepcionista hablaba español también. Desayuno variado para empezar el día.

Cons:

Por poner un pero, que esto ya es gusto personal, a los 2 cojines-almohada les faltaba relleno. Ni los 2 juntos conseguían ser una almohada decente.

場所は抜群、少し狭いけど朝食は素敵
Pros:

グラーベンに面した建物に入っているので、場所はとても便利。シュテファン大聖堂までゆっくり歩いて５分程度、王宮も５分程度。ロケーションは秀逸。
朝食も種類が多く、卵料理もその場で作ってくれるものが５種類あってすべて試しました。
部屋は狭めでバスタブ付きの部屋は事前に特別料金を求められたので、シャワーのみ。シャワールームは少し狭いなと感じました。
確かにバスタブ付きの部屋は１フロアに１つくらいしかないようでした。３フロアか４フロアに分かれており、たぶん40部屋くらいあるのだと想います。
中庭に面した部屋で眺望は望めませんでしたが、もしグラーベンに向いた部屋だととても良い眺めだと思います。
モーツァルトはウィーンで13回住処を変えたそうですが、この建物にも10か月だけ住んでいたという表記が建物のエントランスに書かれていました。

Cons:

３段だけ階段を上がるとエレベーターがあります。行った当日はこのエレベーターが故障していたので、ホテルのレセプションがある２階に上がるのが大変でした。故障していなかったら大丈夫です。
ちなみに、Ｅ、Ｈ、Ｍ、１、２、３、４という階表示だったので、２階レセプションは実質日本で言うところの５階です。
