Ótima localização e acesso ao estacionamento. Café da manhã também bem honesto. Funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Falta uma melhor limpeza. No quarto em que me hospedei, o banheiro era "encardido" a sujeira saia só de passar a mão.

Nao nos entregaram a reserva a quem reservou, nao solucionaram o problema, repassaram nosso quarto, estavamos em 4 homens e 3 mulheres reservei 7 camas, ofertaram que eu dormisse com minha funcionaria, nao houve solucao, disseram ser impossivel colocar ao menos um colchao no chao, sugeriram que eu dormisse com funcionaria na cama de casal, completo absurdo, falei na obrigação de fazer e responsabilidade falaram pra resolver com a booking a qual nao ha contato humano para resolver, hotel cheio de goteiras tanto no Hall como no banheito, infiltracoes e mal cheiro, recepcionista pediu respeito e educacao em momento que que nem a voz foi levantada muito menos faltado respeito, somente exigimos o cumprimento da oferta, resultado, 2 horas na frente do hotel passando frio de madrugada aguardando a policia, ocorrencia registrada nao havia mais pra onde correr tivemos que dividir cama com funcionario, completo absurdo.

Os funcionários muito solícitos e educados. Foi o ponto positivo da estadia.

As comodidades carecem de manutenção.
O checkin é muito tarde as 15h e o checkout as 11h não respeitando a nova legislação que prevê 21h de estadia.
O café da manhã bem básico e é servido somente até as 9:30h.

Hotel antigo, velho, dentro do quarto aparecia o tudo de esgoto que descia do andar de cima, muito mofo e descascamento da pintura próximo a esse tudo de esgoto. Quarto é um cubículo, pelo preço cobrado, poderia terem oferecido coisa melhor.
