Important information:

Check‑In Requirements: Guests must present a valid photo ID and a physical credit card upon check‑in. The name on the credit card must match the guest checking in.

Minimum Check‑In Age: Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in. Guests under 21 may only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. During the month of March, guests under 25 years old must also be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit is required upon arrival and must be placed on a physical credit card in the guest’s name. The cardholder must be present at check‑in. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check‑out, subject to a property inspection.

Parking: Parking is available for one vehicle at $12 plus tax per night. Any additional vehicle or parking space will be charged $20 plus tax per night.

Resort Fee: A $10 plus tax resort fee per night applies.

Breakfast: A continental breakfast is included and served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Early Check‑In / Late Arrival: Early check‑in may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability. Guests planning to arrive outside regular check‑in hours must notify the property in advance.

Beach Access: Public beach access is conveniently located on Flamingo Road, less than an 8‑minute walk from the property.

Shuttle Service: Shuttle service is not complimentary and must be scheduled in advance by calling 954‑568‑6011.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property.

Package Policy: The property will receive up to two medium‑sized packages free of charge prior to arrival. Additional packages may incur a surcharge. Packages received after check‑in are not subject to storage fees.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. En este hotel no te hacen aseo de la habitación, ni te arreglan las camas, ni retiran las basuras de las papeleras, si no lo solicitas cada día antes de las 12 del medio día, y es para el día siguiente; si no se hace, pues no te arreglan la habitación. Esto nos sorprendió, negativamente, pues es primera vez que nos sucede.

Parking, had to pay for parking, lot difficult to get in and out. Room and hotel need updating, pretty worn.....dark and dingy. All carpets could use a good cleaning.

Honestly nothing what was shown on the website was not what the property looks at all obviously they know and that’s why I will never use Booking to do my business .
