Great location with many restaurants and local foods. The hotel environment gives a peaceful and calm feeling with the natural greenery of the building structure. Love the 12th floor concept with natural air instead of air conditioning.
I would like to suggest to have a bidet in the bathroom.
We like the relative newness of the building, and it’s designed which includes large open air spaces halfway up the building with a lot of greenery. The pools are beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. It happens to be a two minute walk to a train station which is a direct line at the airport, and the total trip to it from the airport is about 50 minutes and five dollars, which makes it preferable to a Taxi. The customer service team was great in particular Bryan. Our room was called a junior suite and had some views over the city and towards the harbour. That location is closer to the business district, however there are food markets five minutes away and a good selection of places to eat.
We would have preferred the same room that we had, but with the option of twin beds.

The actual building itself was nice.
The room for the price was very small and outdated. No hooks for your towels anywhere in the bathroom.
