Great hotel in a great location, highly recommended
Pros:

Fantastic hotel near Chinatown and the MRT. The club experience is great with a very nice pool and drinks/snacks available all day, staff were also very friendly.

Very pleasant stay, location made getting around very convenient.

Location was perfect

Cons:

Level 25 room - constant humming/buzzing from roof airconditioner. All hours. Just word of caution if light sleeper. Level 25 pool facing room has no privacy as all rooms look into each other, suggest you ask for outward facing room.

The location is fabulous. The size of room not great, the noise not great! The staff at the Club Lounge absolutely fanta

Noise in room. If youre noise sensitive dont stay on level 25 as there’s constant humming of water/air-conditioning on the roof above,
Also i personally didn’t like the pool facing rooms as there’s no privacy - everyone can see into each others rooms.

The place to be at Singapour
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé.
Personnel attentif et très agréable, accueillant et respectueux.
Petit-déjeuner continental varié et savoureux.

Cons:

Amazing tranquil and comfy stay.
Pros:

The design of the hotel. Location and main entrance libby with view.

Cons:

Maintenance if pool, although could still use. Would be nice to have a better view of the city when in the pool on floor 27.

I’d love to stay again! It is a beautiful hotel with a fabulous vibe on the edge of Chinatown.
Pros:

I loved the beautiful areas to relax in within the hotel. They offered me an accessible room which had heaps of space for my wheelchair to turn around in and well placed power points for charging it. Bathroom was a pleasure to use and the pool was gorgeous and has steps to enter into it. I loved the eco aspect of this hotel - clearly sustainability focused right through to the external cladding.
