Hotel is located very close to Tanjong Pagar MRT. Compared to Singapore Hotels, room is spacious and bathroom is spacious. There is a mall with multiple food options and 24hrs open super market in 2 mins walking distance.
Staff is lovely and helpful.
Only thing annoyed me a little ( just a little) is that you have to take 2 lifts to get to the room. Reception is at 12th floor. So you take lift 1 to go to level 12 and then walk and take another lift to your floor.
everything was goid except the reception staff.
When I feel cold even though i turn off the a.c, he told me that What Can I do more than that.
When I kept telling him that I feel so cold, he suggested providing additional blanket.
It would be better for him to ask me that suggestion first.
Struttura molto scenografica. Bella la reception aperta e molto godibile la piscina club al 21esimo piano.
La struttura a primo impatto è molto scenografica ma a uno sguardo più approfondito lascia un po' a desiderare, soprattutto rispetto al prezzo. La moquette nei corridoi è sporca, la camera non viene pulita in modo adeguato e le rifiniture sono di scarsa qualità. Inoltre per tutti i quattro giorni del nostro soggiorno la camera è stata rifatta dopo le 18.00 di sera, proprio il momento in cui si torna in camera dopo tutto il giorno in giro per la città.
This hotel is fantastic. We would stay here again. Lucas at the front desk (concierge) was friendly when we arrived. Watched our bags for 3 hours and then helped load on the way to the airport. The rooms were spotless and generous. And the restaurant has a three course meal for $39 plus paired wines for $39 which is exceptional when you see the quality of food and wine on offer. All the staff were friendly. The restaurant were especially accommodating. My only recommendation would be for them to offer a better deal for O/S guests who arrive early and want to chill out sore in room or by pool. The half day (5 hr) price of $239 is a bit of a stitch up (in my opinion). I would have paid $20 each to hang by the pool for a few hours and probably would have had another lunch while waiting. But…. The hotel is excellent on every other way.

These guys ( Hakim and Lucas ) are one of a kind—no matter what kind of help you need, you can count on them. They take care of everything.

Great experience in the club room. Friendly staff well stocked drinks and nibbles. Pool area was amazing. Some very nice touches such as TWG tea bags and coffee pods in the room. Well recommended.
Location of the hotel was good and close to Chinatown, many restaurants and Singapore river in working distance. The building architecture (outside) was impressive.
The room with twin beds had only a very tiny window, was much smaller than the normal room size. The room was VERY dirty with trash from the guest before under the toilet, every type of hair in the bathroom and all felt not cleaned. We requested cleaning but was the same as we came back and had to request a second time in our presence (I never experienced such behavior of hotel staff in any other hotel). Floor was dirty as well with empty tooth paste on the floor and during our two day stay did not change.
The room is clean, ambience is nice and room service is good.
