Очень чисто, персонал приветливый. Приехали мы рано, но нам сразу предоставили все удобства (кроме номера конечно, но это естественно). Еда разнообразная, вкусная. До пляжа трансфер организован четко по расписанию.
До пляжа пешком не особо пойдешь, дорога не обустроена. Но мы были к этому готовы, поэтому это не критичный недостаток.

The shuttle bus to the beach was very convenient, although the last bus back to the hotel was at 6:30 pm. We also liked the beach restaurant and bar, although they closed at 5:00 pm, and especially the lady preparing fresh Turkish flatbread. The hotel was generally clean, and most of the staff were kind.
We booked the 4-star Side Amour Hotel, but on arrival we were moved to the 3-star Löwe Hotel due to a problem with our room and could only return the following early afternoon. The compensation was one bottle of wine and a fruit plate per room, which we found inadequate for a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. Our adult sons’ confirmed twin room initially had the beds pushed together and was very small once separated. Our room had a bad-smelling air conditioner and a fridge that did not cool properly. Food was a bit disappointing: very limited options were available after our late arrival despite prior confirmation, and the takeaway breakfast we had requested the day before for our early departure was far below what we would expect from a 4-star all-inclusive hotel. The pool closed at 6 pm, and the hotel felt crowded with no green space.

La piscina cierra a las 18:00 y el ultimo bus de la playa se va a las 16:30 y vuelve maximo a las 18:00. Podrian extender esos horarios y brindar mas tiempo de piscina
Very good beach in a calm area, with very generous transfer timetable.Nice food and a lot of variety - something for everyone.
The staff is extremely friendly and look after their guests.
During our stay we were two people sharing one blanket.
It would be better if a pad had two pairs of blankets.
