Great location, great service and a feeling of home.
Pros:

The staff are outstanding - very helpful and nothing is too difficult to do for you. Location was excellent - a short walk and you were in the heart of the hustle and bustle of cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of savoury and sweet selections and the coffee was great. I would stay there again on my next visit to Sardinia and recommend this hotel to my friends too.

Leuk voor een kort verblijf voor je weer terugvliegt
Pros:

Dit hotel ligt echt midden in het centrum van Olbia. Parkeren is wel mogelijk, er is een parkeerterrein vlak bij en een parkeergarage waar het hotel een aantal plaatsen heeft. Communicatie vanuit het hotel vooraf was nuttig en duidelijk.
Ontbijt was wat beperkt en werd verzorgd door een hele vriendelijke Italiaanse dame die alleen Italiaans sprak en dat ook gebruikte in de communicatie naar ons zonder dat wij Italiaans spraken. Maar op de een of andere manier begrepen we elkaar toch....:-). Hotel heeft taxi geregeld omdat we al vroeg naar het vliegveld moesten en we kregen ook een mand met het ontbijt op de kamer omdat we te vroeg voor het reguliere ontbijt waren.

Cons:

De kamer die wij hadden is vrij klein (standaard kamer). Hij lag op de begane grond, waardoor je nogal wat geluid meekrijgt vanuit de receptie, die daar vlak naast is. Verder veel geluid vanuit de straat. Naast het hotel is een restaurant met terras en dat hoor je dus ook, naast het verkeer dat langskomt.

Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich . Die Empfangsdame war herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels ist top und am besten hat uns Barbara vom Frühstückspersonal gefallen. Sie hat uns gleich geholfen, Italienisch zu lernen.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut!

We had a truly lovely stay in Olbia and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the centre, with convenient paid parking nearby. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and well looked after.

What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were professional yet genuinely warm and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment I first made enquiries before booking, the communication was excellent. They helped arrange parking, provided clear directions from the airport, and made sure we were aware of the limited traffic zones to avoid any fines — which was incredibly helpful.

During our stay, they checked in with us daily to make sure everything was going well, which made us feel truly cared for. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection, lovely surroundings, and a friendly atmosphere.

A special mention to Barbara, who was absolutely wonderful — so kind, warm, and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel at home, and it was clear she takes real pride in what she does.

Also a special thank you to Nadia and Valentina, who clearly work incredibly hard to keep everything running so smoothly. And not forgetting all the staff behind the scenes who keep the place spotless and operating seamlessly — it really shows.

You could see that the whole team works well together and truly cares about their guests.

I was honestly surprised to read any negative comments, as our experience was nothing but positive. In any business, occasional issues can arise that are beyond control, but this team clearly does everything they can to deliver a great experience.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Olbia.
