Lovely old building, comfortable room and great location
The location of the hotel was very central. The breakfast included freshly baked pastries and the restaurant staff were very friendly. The reception staff were also extremely welcoming and helpful.
Die Lage ist super. In 100m Entfernung ein von Hotel gestellter Parkplatz. In 150m Entfernung in der Haupteinkaufsmeile. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die ältere Dame, die uns morgens immer unsere Getränke gemacht ist ein Engel von Mensch. Man hat das Gefühl gehabt, sie ist erst zufrieden, wenn man selber glücklich ist. Sie hat den Tag mit Ihrem Lächeln schon gut beginnen lassen. Die Dame an der Rezeption war auch super hilfsbereit.
Ich vergass den Balkon in der Suite zu erwähnen, der ein Traum ist. Bis ca. 15:30 Uhr kann man da im Schatten chillen.
Wir hatten die Junior Suite unter dem Dach und leider ist die Klimaanlage etwas zu klein dimensioniert, sodass es abends erst um 3:00 Uhr richtig kühl wurde im Zimmer (wir hatten aber auch 35 Grad).
Die Suite eine Etage tiefer hat diese Probleme sicherlich nicht.

The taxi I ordered at the front desk didn't have a meter, so I paid an inflated price. The driver explained that this rate had been agreed upon with the hotel. I would expect the hotel to protect its customers from so-called taxis.
Our Amex card was charged without our permission for a second room for our first night. We thought it was an honest error since at check out we used our Amex card for the one room we actually did book for two days. Hotel refused to refund unauthorized charge. Aside from that we found the room too small too open our second suitcase. Location and breakfast were OK.

Small room… the pillows weren’t any good…
In close vicinity to the bars and restaurants in the area. Although the hotel do not have parking facilities, we were provided with access to a nearby public parking. Comfortable clean room equipped with all amenities. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff especially the breakfast lady Barbara, such a wonderful person. We will surely visit again Olbia and will book at this hotel.
