Az ágy nagyon alacsony volt az idős házaspárnak. A wellnesben semmilyen módon nem szabályozott a gyerekes családok viselkedése a medencében és a yakuziban sem. Ez zavaró volt!!

Horizont Resort je na ideálnom mieste. Tatranská Lomnica je neďaleko, aj pešo sa dá pohodlne dostať do dediny. Okrem toho v rezorte nájdete všetko na Vaše pohodlie. Výhľady sú perfektné. Wellnes je na úrovni.

Takřka se vším jsme byli spokojeni, nejvíce se nám líbil bazén a wellness. Jídlo naprosto v pořádku. Hotel je dobře situován a šlo vycházet na výlety přímo z něj.

Cons:

U večeře nebyly nápoje v rámci bufetu, ani voda (bylo možno si objednat karafu vody).

Pros:

Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a beautiful, peaceful location and is very well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, especially when assisting us with the check-in process.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that completing the online check-in on a phone beforehand was not very easy. However, the reception staff kindly helped us with it, so it was quickly resolved.
