We like staying at the Hampton because normally they are fantastic.
Pros:

the beds are so comfy and we love the travel bag of snacks

Cons:

The breakfast was less than satisfying. The egg things were not very appetizing and the oatmeal was cold. Also, paid parking??!! Ridiculous....

Overall the stay was good! Though not up to the Hampton standards of other hotels in California! Always room for improve
Pros:

The property is located in a great location close to downtown Napa and around 25-30 mins from Napa Valley and all the notable vineyards.
The hotel is situated inside a complex that includes a cinema and gym.
The property itself is catered for
Business use but has a great pool and hot tub.

Cons:

The property charges for the car park $20 per day! And not forgetting the obligatory taxes and service charges!

Even though we requested a room clean like most hotels and motels in the US cutbacks have reduced this service to ever other day! Something that other markets do not do! The management did offer a parking refund to compensate for this issue.

Czysto, przestronnnie. Oczywiście nie luksusowo, ale wiedzieliśmy o tym. Adekwatenie do ceny, a nawet lepiej.

Location was nice

Cons:

We could not sleep - people came in the room above us at 1am and were awake u til 3:30am - walls/floor/ceiling very thin and we could hear them walking, talking ( children playing)and dropping things on the floor.

Also got in shower next am and shampoo completely empty

The pool was clean and well kept.

Cons:

The breakfast was horrible - potato’s, sausage and eggs were literally not edible. Tasted weird and off.

Pros:

Location was good; room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Free breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Lots of restaurants near the property.

Cons:

That you have to pay for parking and it was not specified when I booked. We later learned that if we just parked beyond where the signs were that you had to pay for parking (which was significant — $20+ for one night!) - a few rows from the parking signs, you do not have to pay to park. The front desk does not tell you that which I find to be unacceptable. They could tell you “just park a few rows over there and you don’t have to pay” as I asked them when we arrived if we “HAD” to pay and they said “yes.” The USB connections and some outlets did not work in the room. The floors are very very noisy. We had bigfoot staying up until 3 a.m. above our room so didn’t get a very good night’s sleep. The coffee supplied in our room was 4 packs of Decaf. Should have been 2 packs of decaf and 2 packs of regular.
