Cleanliness and Breakfast was good, friendly check in staff. Bathrooms were immaculate, common areas comfortable and very clean.
We were in room 318, both nights on the floor above us sounded like either kids jumping and dancing after 10pm til we went to sleep or, that’s where they do the hotel laundry. Very disturbing. We heard it again in the morning.
My husband loved the breakfast area and food. Staff were very nice. Loved that pets were allowed
It would have been nice if there was at least 1 comfy chair. The bathroom and small closet heavy slider instead of a door sucked. Caught my hand in it. 2 beds, we only wanted one. No real desk area. Had to sit on bed to watch tv. No drawers. (except 3 pull out wire baskets that appeared to be for food rather than items or clothing.
It was a convenient location but, disliked that you can hear people being overly loud.
You can hear people talking loudly in the hallway.

The location was close to the event we were attending & other businesses.
I didn’t like finding out that I had to pay for parking upon my arrival & I felt that it was way too expensive!

We requested no housekeeping and housekeeping came every day which was a small annoyance. Their work is much appreciated, and we prefer our space to be ours for the short duration that we’re there.
Also, the upstairs neighbors were noisy, but that is of course not the fault of the hotel.
