Don’t stay here
Pros:

Do not stay here. When I arrived the room was not clean. There was hair in the wet bar sink, hair in the shower and the floor had not been vacuumed. I spoke with the front desk & night manager about the dirty room & was moved to another room with hair in the bed.
I declined that room. Was told my room would be cleaned early morning, it never happened.
The refrigerator does not work properly due to the block of frozen ice & it is dirty especially around the inside of the door. The microwave is also dirty.
The manager or general manager did not respond to me concerning the matter and my room was not cleaned. Called Hilton Honors and filed a complaint.
Do not stay here. The bathroom fan stays on and it is very loud in room 336 & you can hear people walking & talking all night long. If you stay here checked the bed, the bathroom, the refrigerator and microwave before you settle in.

Pros:

We left the hotel in Napa that we originally booked for the night through booking.com. It was absolutely disgusting … room had a horrific smell.
Upon arriving at Hampton , we booked from our car after walking out of the original hotel, we advised we had just booked the room. A conversation began with the staff at the desk and we told them what had happened. They all were understanding and so nice to us. The Mgr came out and gave us water. We were very thankful for their kindness. Property excellent and clean!,

Perfect location for clean comfort and convenience
Pros:

Location, so clean and comfortable. We loved using the pool and hot tub to relax after a long day. Breakfast in the morning was so perfect to begin our day.

Hotel stay and event were wonderful.
Pros:

We hosted an event at this location and loved the result! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the facility was clean, and the food was delicious. Our goal was to have a nice event that didn't require lots of prep that would allow our guests to have fun. With the help of Hampton Inn staff, the event turned out beautifully!

Overall the stay was good! Though not up to the Hampton standards of other hotels in California! Always room for improve
Pros:

The property is located in a great location close to downtown Napa and around 25-30 mins from Napa Valley and all the notable vineyards.
The hotel is situated inside a complex that includes a cinema and gym.
The property itself is catered for
Business use but has a great pool and hot tub.

Cons:

The property charges for the car park $20 per day! And not forgetting the obligatory taxes and service charges!

Even though we requested a room clean like most hotels and motels in the US cutbacks have reduced this service to ever other day! Something that other markets do not do! The management did offer a parking refund to compensate for this issue.

We like staying at the Hampton because normally they are fantastic.
Pros:

the beds are so comfy and we love the travel bag of snacks

Cons:

The breakfast was less than satisfying. The egg things were not very appetizing and the oatmeal was cold. Also, paid parking??!! Ridiculous....
