Caution on Billing: Unresolved Double Charge & Zero Response from Hotel
I had a good stay at this hotel in terms of location and facilities. However, I am leaving a low rating due to a serious billing issue and unacceptable customer service post-checkout.
Upon checking my credit card statement after my stay, I discovered that I was charged twice for the exact same stay. I contacted the hotel management via message three separate times to request a review and refund for this duplicate charge. Unfortunately, all of my messages were completely ignored, and I received no response or acknowledgment whatsoever.
Due to the lack of response from the hotel regarding an unauthorized charge, I had to initiate a dispute through my credit card company and escalate the issue directly to IHG Corporate Customer Care.
While the hotel itself is fine, please be very vigilant about your credit card statements if you choose to stay here.
Zentrale Lage. Zu den Petronas Tower und zum Hard Rock Cafe ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. In circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß guter Irish Pub mit Außenbereich zum sitzen.
Das Badezimmer. Keine Fliesen eine Art Kunstoffbelag. Nicht sehr ansprechend.

Check in time was 3pm. Reached at 5pm and still found out we have to wait for the cleanup because apparently the whole hotel was fully booked yesterday and they didn’t get enough time to clean the room. Did not offer and compensation or anything to cover up their lack of responsibility
All things was good from staff to the facilities.
Price are slightly high
The stay and hospitality was very good. The location was very near to KLCC Convention Center and gave us very comfort walkin accessibility to all the places. This was our second time stay at the Holiday Inn expresess and we would definitely consider this one only whenever in KL.
The only suggestion would be to add some more vegetarian option or Indian option in breakfast :)
