I loved the breakfast selection and the comfortable bed and spacious shower. The restaurant staff at dinner were very friendly and sweet. I had an issue with a clogged toilet in my room and it was very quickly resolved.
The wifi was a bit unreliable.

The check in was fast and smooth with very friendly staff…Room is a little bit small yet very clean with super comfortable beds and billows and the dove products in the bathroom were very nice. Breakfast was nice as week with very good coffee. Location is more than perfect indeed 👌👌👌

事前に予約して、3人一部屋で8月6－8日3泊で、￥50,193で確認されていたのに、予約が入っておらず、視型が無いので荒田威契約し、1,760.91 リンギ（￥82,767)支払った、その差額32,574円返金して欲しい。同じく、次の宿泊先シンガポールでも同じことが発覚し、3泊、83,374えんのところ94,521円支払った。同じく、その差額、11,147円返金して欲しい。両方のホテルの領収書をどこへ証拠として送ればよいかメールで教えて欲しい。
今まで、恩赦を通じてホテルの予約をしており、このような事は一度も起きた事がない。どうしてこのような事が起きたかも知らせてほしい。はっきりしなければ、恩赦を使う安全性が不安だ。直ちに、メールで直ちに差額の返却を了承して欲しい。
