Bathroom doesnt have lock. Ataying with fmly or qith kids will be an issue. No seperate iron box available
The Location of the Hotel was really good basically at the center of everything,room was clean, staff were friendly.
Wifi is worst I have ever seen in a hotel, No help with the luggage, No room service available (for Food and stuff)
It is a great location, nice staff clean and tidy hotel and rooms, it is a standard business model so the hotel guests know what to expect worldwide, with a consistent quality.
We was only there very briefly I would like to experience a longer period, so I can visit the breakfast again, to see if there’s variations, I wasn’t quite expecting chilled beans.
Staff extended 2 hrs late checkout as we arrived late previous evening ..
Food - vegetarian options are countable on a large buffet breakfast and also most of the veg options kept inbetween non veg and spatulas were not tidy (getting mixed up)

Breakfast has a lot of food choices. And they change some items every day it seems.
- The toilet was not thoroughly cleaned in the room. Brown spots here and there on the seat. Had to clean myself.
- One of the towels was already wet when I first got inside the room.
- Glass cups provided with the room were not clean either.
- Phone in the room doesn’t work.
- The bottle of body wash wasn’t replenished - I used it up in the middle of my second shower.
- Wifi access not clearly explained: When I checked in, the staff at the reception told me to use my last name as the password. But they mistook part of my given name as my last name. The password also included an empty space, which I later learned was kind of a unique practice here in Malaysia. My last name was of three letters. But when I went down to ask about the Wifi (*phone in the room didn’t work), the staff entered six letters as the password and acted as if everything’s fine and as if I was too stupid to include an empty space in the password (“Oh, you didn’t try?”).

Breakfast could have had more options
The room was cleaned and made up every day, and the early check-in was a great convenience. The breakfast was also good value for money, with a good selection of options. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
