Clean, modern, close to the airport, great for travellers, but impersonal.
Cons:

The staff we encountered weren't engaged with their customers. We felt we were a burden to them.
Except the restaurant maitre di who was overly pushy trying to make us take a table to eat there when all we wanted to do was look to see if it suited us. We ate elsewhere.

Ideal um ausgeruht loszufliegen. Gutes Frühstück perfekt zum Start in den Flieger.

Für eine Übernachtung um ausgeruht zum Flughafen zu starten. Perfekt. Waren wir schon das zweite Mail.

Cons:

Das Pesonal könnte etwas mehr "auf Zack" sein. waren merkwürdige Situationen dabei.

There are a lot of hotels in that vicinity and you can choose one with better service
Pros:

Location is very good as it's only few minutes walk to train station to airport and town centre

Cons:

Housekeeping is very poor. We left our room at 12 noon and left the card for the make-up room on the door. We returned at 7 pm and the room was not attended.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – Premiumpreise, aber keine Premiumqualität!

Ich habe für eine Premium-Suite einen entsprechend hohen Preis bezahlt und dafür auch einen gewissen Standard erwartet. Leider war der Aufenthalt eine absolute Enttäuschung.

Der Fußboden in der Suite war stark verschmutzt, die Lärmbelästigung erheblich und das Verhalten des Personals empfand ich als wenig kundenfreundlich und auf zusätzliche Einnahmen ausgerichtet.

Besonders ärgerlich finde ich die Vielzahl von Hotels mit nahezu identischen Namen. Bei ungefähr 15 Hotels mit ähnlicher Bezeichnung verliert man schnell den Überblick. Für Gäste ist das aus meiner Sicht irreführend und verwirrend.

Auch die Frühstückspreise empfinde ich als völlig überzogen. Insgesamt entsteht bei mir der Eindruck, dass hier möglichst viel Geld verlangt wird, ohne eine entsprechende Gegenleistung zu bieten.

Mein Fazit: Premiumpreise verlangen, aber weder bei Sauberkeit noch bei Ruhe, Service oder Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überzeugen – das ist für mich nicht akzeptabel.

Für diese Preise empfehle ich ganz klar das Hilton. Dort würde ich mein Geld wesentlich lieber ausgeben.

Für mich war dies der letzte Aufenthalt in dieser Hotelkette. Keine Weiterempfehlung!

Transit before taking flight back

The check in process was bad , according to the front desk , due to new computer system was used , took time for them to sort out the check in process , was waited over 30 min before we could get our room keys to our rooms

Gutes Frühstück in einem interessant gestalteten Bereich der Halle, viele unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, sehr gut gemacht. Tiefgarage mit ausreichend großen Parkplätzen, wenig Rangieraufwand, breite Einfahrt.

Cons:

Regelung der Klimaanlage, Kleiderschrank roch stark nach "Schrank".
