Night staff sleeping and phones off hook

Cons:

No shuttle
Restaurant shuts early and room service was not available at 11pm.
Reception and check in terrible.
They took the phone off the hook overnight and the phone constantly engaged. I went down and stood in front of them and called .. no ringing .
My family tried to call in from outside as well and it was constantly engaged.

Das Zimmer war herrlich klimatisiert und sah sehr schick aus. Auch das Bad war super!

Cons:

Eigentlich fand ich das Bett bequem so beim ersten liegen, aber leider bin ich doch mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht.
