Pros:

The pool and the gym services also love the view of the room very nice!!!!

Cons:

The pillows wasn’t firm enough too soft .

Will definitely come back in my next stay.
Pros:

My room was clean and nice. The hall/corridor was a little warm but it is OK.

Cons:

Breakfast counter where the foods are set for self service was real busy. Services can't keep up with the number of guests. Overall is OK.

Convenient location.
Pros:

Location is very convenient for my travel purposes (visiting family). Accommodating for my pet traveling with me. Easy check in/check out.

Cons:

The bed is a little too hard. The pillows are little too soft.

Close to where needed to go

Cons:

We got a room ,after we got settled down we found out the front would not lock and they could fix it. We had to pack everything and move to another room. On the second day while we was in the room in bed with the do not disturb sign on the door a maid on the door went in , when she saw us she turned around a left. That had never happened to us before, it was not a good experience.

Bad, horrible
Pros:

Take my son into a swimming pool and one of the ladies said that my son need a bathing suit he had a short on and she not allow us to swim I feel she was racist as hell

Cons:

During my four nights stay only one elevator was working used for both guests and for services
There was strong cigarette smoking odor which make feel uncomfortable specially at night although I have booked non smoking room .

Don’t do laundry here.
Pros:

While waiting for our laundry, a woman came in for hers. She proceeded to steal our laundry detergents near our things. After ignoring us trying to talk to her, she walked away. I Asked the front desk if they had cameras, was told no, then explained the situation. The front desk agent, who spoke very little English, proceeded to not care, at all, only kept repeating , it’s okay it’s okay.. I wasn’t expecting an FBI investigation, but it would have been nice for them to care a little. Laundry room was horrible and gross. One washer and one dryer. For the price I guess I was expecting more. My mistake.
