The portion sizes at the hotel restaurant were too small. We finished our meal in just 30 minutes, but we paid HKD 5000 for it.

とても質の高いホテルだと思いました。高齢の母を連れての宿泊でしたが、特に不便に思うこともなく、快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方々の対応も親切で的確でした。食事の質も良く、とても美味しかったです。温泉も良かったです。また機会がありましたら、是非宿泊したいホテルです。
We enjoyed this hotel on a stopover to Shiretoko. Our tatami room was comfortable. The outside bar is worth a visit. The breakfast buffet is extensive. We went to the sushi restaurant nearby so can’t comment on the dinner at the hotel.

This is my second visit to this hotel. The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are clean and well-organized. The open-air hot spring is especially wonderful, and the buffet dinner is also very delicious, especially Sukiyaki and self cooking steamed-rice are highly recommended. Kind and friendly staffs, delicious meal, and excellent open-air hot spring, this hotel is a place I would like to stay again.

温泉がいかにも温泉というお湯でいいですね。また来たくなりました。

ホテルは清潔でスタッフの対応も丁寧で大満足でした。朝食ブュッフェが思ったよりこじんまりとしていて少し残念でしたが、その場でおにぎりやオムレツを作ってくれるサービスは出来立てを食べることができて美味しかったです。あと、足湯が最高でした。
雖然設施較為有年代，但整體維持的很好，附設停車場。晚餐與早餐為自助buffet 吃到飽，種類雖然不是超級多，但是質感很好，也十分美味，使用北海道當地食材為主，晚餐有許多啤酒、紅白酒跟清酒（晚餐有提供2款），遊客較少，多以日本遊客為主。以價位跟表現來說CP值高。

前に宿泊したときよりも食材高騰の為の努力が見てとれた また宿泊しに来ます
一泊しかしてないですが、北海道の温泉の中では、やはり十勝が1番、その中でも第一さんがやはり1番かな！夕食バイキングでアルコールも飲み放題になっていたのはビックリ‼️
生ビール三杯もおかわりしてしまいました。
ステーキも3皿おかわりしました。肉がキチンとカットされておらず、ナイフもないので、カットするのが大変でした。
それ以外は接客、温泉、食事パーフェクトでした。
部屋の温泉とても良かったです。ラウンジがあるのが嬉しいです。
温泉も食事も満足でした。
ホテル職員の対応も丁寧でとても満足しました。
また、行きたいです。
