Front reception staff were very accommodating

Staff emptying bottle at 4am outside my windows then having a 20 minute disscussion about their boss.
Shared shower was ok apart from the 2 junkies having sex in the shower whilst I was using the toilet

Easy to get to via the northern suburb back roads

Cons:

The rooms are above a hotel bistro. There was no noise of note associated with the bistro operations, but the building was under renovation at the time of my stay. Entry to my room was via the fire escape at the back of the building. The door swung closed quite violently, which I woke to a couple of times throughout the night as others returned to the building.

We were here for 1 night just for convenience before flying out the next morning. Got all we needed - Comfortable, clean
Pros:

The room was small but actually very comfortable.
Receptionist was lovely. Saw we had a child with us, walked us up to the room and gave us 3 breakfast packs with cereal, milk and juice and a muesli bar. Very nice touch and very appreciated for our little one.

Cons:

Part of the accommodation area was under construction and the corridors felt really eerie with the barriers and danger signs up. No lifts too.
