Please note that room rate is based on 2 adults only. Extra guests using existing beds are subject to additional charges. Rates are charged separately and guests are to pay directly to the hotel. Details are:

- One child aged from 6 years to under 12 years charged VND 170,000 (or equivalent USD 7.5) per child per night
- One older child or adult is charged VND 300,000 (or equivalent USD 14) per guest per night

A compulsory New Year’s Eve dinner on 31 December 2026 is included in the room rate for 2 persons per room.

For any additional guests, an extra charge of THB 2,500 per adult and THB 1,250 per child (aged 4–11 years) will apply. Payment is to be made directly at the hotel upon check-inPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Nice and clean hotel, clone to the beach. Recomend
Pros:

Cleanliness and the hotel’s proximity to the beach were excellent. The room was cleaned every day, the towels were replaced daily, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only downsize was food. After 3 days we stopped having breakfast because it was easly not eatible.

Là ks4 sao nhưnh thực sự ngoài vị trí tốt ra thì chưa thấy có điểm nào để xứng đáng . Mình lưu trú 3 đêm nhưng thực sự rất tệ . Dầu xả tóc thì từ hôm đến tới hôm đi không có 1 giọt nào trong lọ , nhân viên dọn vệ sinh chỉ vào trải lại trăn trên giường mà k vệ sinh luôn , thậm trí chăn trải lại còn rất cẩ thả , tóc trên nền nhà vẫn y nguyên không dọn . Phòng thỉ loang lổ các vết trát lại tường , chốt lại là nhân viên chỉ vào phòng đổ rác + trải lại chăn đắp cho có lệ .

Really liked the room. Two comfortable beds and nice pillows.

Cons:

The breakfast as an Australian was very limited to what I assume Vietnamese guests would like. Although included me and my sons just found a cafe to eat at.

Cons:

The room wasn't clean enough. Breakfast consisted entirely of Vietnamese food; we couldn't eat anything except watermelon. Also, the staff didn't speak good English, making communication difficult. We had to carry our suitcases up the stairs ourselves when leaving; they helped us come in, but no one helped us leave. I was very dissatisfied with this hotel.

Все очень хорошо
Pros:

Удобное расположение отеля. Внимательный, доброжелательный, вежливый, лояльный персонал, все вопросы решались очень быстро. Были учтены все пожелания при заселении в номер. В ресторане всегда можно было найти что-то из европейской кухни, попробовать местные блюда, достаточно овощей. Меня порадовало достаточное количество и разнообразие фруктов. Все было вкусно. Улыбки и доброжелательность персонала, чистота, порядок и уютно в ресторане. Мы прекрасно отдохнули. Благодарность всем сотрудникам отеля.Благополучия и процветания.

Cons:

Европейцев в отеле было немного. Думаю, что их количество будет увеличиваться. Было бы хорошо добавить блюд европейской кухни. И немного увеличить время работы ресторана . Выелом - все очень хорошо.

4 звезды с моей точки зрения не соответствует. Типичная трешка. Бассейн-«лужа» размером 15 на 2 метра. Завтраки достаточ
Pros:

Удачное расположение, море близко, чистый пляж, удобный заход. Персонал вежливый, услужливый.

Cons:

Мебель и обстановка в номере «уставшие», дверь в душевую кабинку, ванную комнату, на балкон издавали жуткий звук при закрытии, т.к не соответствуют размеру дверной коробки (набухли, деформированы и т.д.)
Несмотря на то, что брали номер с раздельными кроватями, через какое-то время персонал их сдвинул и начал застилать как двуспальную, без учета того, что размер двух кроватей больше чем двуспальной и длины наматрасника и простыни уже не хватало, чтобы полноценно застелить.
Полотенца, пододеяльники старые, взлохмаченные с надрывами, местами штопаные. Количество орущих и шумных китайцев зашкаливает. Уборка ежедневная, но не очень качественная. Протирают только проходы, в щелях и за тумбочками лучше не смотреть))

Accomodation amazing / Staff professional and friendly.
Pros:

Room was amazing as was the location. Staff also great and when I had to make a complaint, this was dealt with professionally as it was due to parents in the next suite not having control over their children who were running around late at night in the hall screaming and ringing doorbells. Next night was quiet.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was not great. Food was cold and no variety. Spoke to staff about refreshing the juice station as it was low. Did mention this to the hotel who addressed it also.

Sàn Gỗ nên quét rồi mới lau hơn là lau không. Vì dưới sàn vẫn không được sạch ( Nên cải thiện)
