Wonderful stay in the centre of Olbia ;
Pros:

Spacious ,clean ,comfortable. Nice balconies with evening sun setting over the rooftops of Olbia. Very central to a huge range of restaurants. The lovely Allessandro was very very helpful. Cannot praise him highly enough. He also booked us a very good taxi to get back to the airport when we were leaving . All very efficient.

Cons:

We did not get our entry code from Booking. Com till much later in the evening. Fortunately Alessandro was on site in the office to let us in , and carried our luggage.

A basic hotel maybe ok for an overnight stay
Pros:

It was in a central location and the room was clean

Cons:

There were no staff other than cleaners on the premises and no catering facilities at all.
I asked for an early check in but when we arrived we couldn’t get into the building. Finally managed to contact someone by phone and luckily a guest was leaving so we got into the hotel but still needed a code to access the key box for the room.
The pricing for the rooms was very erratic. Some friends had more facilities in the their rooms but paid less!
We did ask for a kettle and it was supplied immediately which was positive.

the pics looked much better - cannot recommend to come here
Pros:

convenient location - near restaurants, cafes.
Cleaning staff was very friendly, otherwise no real contact ot the hosts. Unfortunately surrounding loud at night (drunk tourists and parties next door)- Pictures of flat looked much better - the building would need a lot of TLC. The lift in the building did not work - we had to get to the 2nd floor! - We cannot recommend this residence.

Dobra lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko. Czysto.

Cons:

Jeden z wynajmowanych apartamentów miał mieć taras, niestety go nie było i nikt nas o tym nie poinformował.
