Hangulatos apartman az óvárosban. Tiszta, kényelmes, tágas. Parkolás lehetséges a közelben, pár percre, több helyen.

Cons:

A ház előtt , közvetlen az ablakok alatt parkoló áruszállító autók zaja nem kellemes kora reggel.

Uniquement la localisation, l’hôtel était plutôt bien situé dans le centre-ville proche de la rue principale d’Olbia.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé un séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et notre expérience a été très décevante. Nous n’avons eu ni eau chaude ni pression dans la douche, ce qui est extrêmement désagréable. Sachez qu’il faudra vous-même faire la plomberie et vérifier par vous-même si le ballon d’eau chaude est branché correctement, ce n’est que le dernier soir que nous avons dû rebrancher le ballon d’eau chaude ce qui nous permis d’avoir de l’eau chaude pour notre dernier soir uniquement. La chambre était extrêmement mal entretenue, à savoir des mauvaises odeurs, propreté insuffisante (tas de cheveux, poils, poussière, traces sur les draps et même un insecte mort). La literie est extrêmement inconfortable, le matelas en mousse lui même surmonté d’un surmatelas en mousse tout aussi inconfortable et sale, posé sur un sommier avec des lattes manquantes. Nous avons eu très mal au dos, sans parler de la qualité du linge de lit. Plusieurs appareils étaient défectueux, à savoir le sèche cheveux, et le bouton ON/OFF de la télécommande de la télé était arraché. Il n’y avait qu’une seule chaise pour 2.
Il est également impossible de voir quelqu’un à l’accueil, il n’y personne à la réception, le bureau fait seulement office de décoration.
En bref, la qualité de la prestation ne reflète en rien le montant payé pour ce séjour qui nous laissera un goût amer.

Top Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Super Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum, dennoch sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit tollem Bad. Alles war sehr sauber und der check-in völlig problemlos. Per Nachricht wurden uns alle aufkommenden Fragen umgehend beantwortet. Es gab Tipps zu Restaurants. Gerne kommen wir beim nächsten Mal wieder in diese Unterkunft.

Cons:

Die Schlafcouch ist nicht empfehlenswert, da die Kühlschrankgeräusche in der Nacht störend sind.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit stark zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl ein täglicher Reinigungsservice angegeben ist, wurde während unseres Aufenthalts praktisch nichts gemacht.

Ein weiterer großer Nachteil ist die schlechte Geräuschisolierung. Fenster und Türen dämpfen den Lärm kaum, sodass man alles von draußen und aus den Nachbarbereichen hört. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Restaurant, in dem Gäste oft bis etwa 3:00 Uhr morgens sitzen und laut sind. Ab etwa 9:00 Uhr beginnt dann bereits die Reinigungskraft im Flur mit ihrer Arbeit, was ebenfalls deutlich hörbar ist. Die Betten waren sehr unkomfortabel.

Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft aufgrund der Lage praktisch, aber für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt wegen der Sauberkeit und des Lärmpegels nicht zu empfehlen.

We landed late at night, easy to find with directions … there isn’t any reception staff which is not a problem for us as they were all available via WhatsApp so everything was easy for us!

Quando tornerò ad Olbia ri prenoterò questa struttura.
Pros:

Pulizia eccezionale e arredamento nuovo moderno e accogliente. A due passi dal centro. Personale molto cordiale e anche molto Comprensivo a fronte di un contrattempo capitato.
