Pros:

Everything was perfect. The hotel has a beautiful authentic Cretan style and atmosphere. Every detail in the rooms was thoughtfully designed. The balcony view was lovely and relaxing. The daily housekeeping was excellent and everything was spotless. The location is also very convenient — close both to the beach and the town center. The staff were always kind, helpful, and attentive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Clean, comfortable family run appartment in a great location.
Pros:

Owners were super friendly and accomodating. Location is absolutely amazing. Room is clean (they clean a lot) and comfortable enough. Wifi worked fine. Youtube on TV in bedroom was a bonus. Aircon was great. Price was great.

Cons:

Walls are a bit thin - could hear somebody snoring. Bathroom / floor leaving bathroom was super slippery when wet but it's like that in most appartments in Greece. Desk was very small and only a stool so couldn't work from the room.

Accueil sympathique et très jolie vue
Pros:

La très jolie vue sur la mer.
Proche du centre et de la plage d’ammoudi malheureusement recouverte de transats payants.

Cons:

La chambre était grande mais la salle de bain étroite.
Les draps aussi.

Pros:

Les propriétaires sont adorables et bienveillants. La chambre était spacieuse et calme. L'hôtel est en bord de mer et à 10 min à pied donc très bien situé

Pros:

Spotlessly clean and changed every day. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was incredible. (be aware that there is no lift but the stairs were easy -I am 80 years old and had no trouble ) Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good restaurants in easy walking distance. No complaints at all.

Un hôtel simple et très bien tenu, comme on les aime
Pros:

Un hôtel familial impeccablement tenu (quelle propreté!), face à la mer et à la belle promenade, à moins de dix minutes à pied du centre ou de la gare routière, avec tout ce qu'il faut de commerces et de lieux de restauration. Pour se baigner, des serviettes de bain et la simple traversée de la rue. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Notre chambre donnait sur cour donc plus calme (mais sans la vue).

Perfect location with breathtaking views
Pros:

The location was perfect: short walk from the center, market next door and also balery close by and swimming place just accross the street. The street had also free parking. Staff was really helpfull and friendly every time we saw them. Room was very idyllic greek romantisism, but still very clean and with new bathroom facilities. The ocean view from our balcony was really something! The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything bad about the place.

Magnifique vue sur mer
Pros:

L'hôtel se situe en bord de mer, la vue de la chambre est incroyable. Le petit plus, prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse face à la mer est inoubliable. Le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse incroyable et de bons conseils pour les visites alentours. A recommander sans hésiter.

Cons:

l'hôtel de possède pas d'ascenseur, il faut monter les bagages à la main. Heureusement, le propriétaire nous aide.
