친정에 갈때마다 찾고 있어요. 친정 근처에서는 가장 신뢰할 수 있습니다. 언제나 룸컨디션도 최상이고, 조식도 맛있고, 이번에는 특히나 룸업그레이드도 해주시고 주전부리도 챙겨주셔서 감사했어요 (랜덤 당첨!) 2박 쉬는 내내 차량 등록 등 새심하게 챙겨주셨고 필요한 부분 살뜰히 살펴주셨습니다 아 주방장님께 특히 감사하다고 말씀드리고 싶어요 두번의 조식 모두 유쾌한 시간이 되었습니다

처음으로 아쉬었던 신라스테이ㅠ

신라스테이여서 좋았습니다
10년 넘게 이용하면서 항상 만족도가 좋은편이었거든요

Cons:

직원들의 친절이 극단적이여서 조금 아쉬었습니다
지금까지 신라스테이 모든 지점들을 방문하면서 마주했던 모든 직원들의 친절도는 항상 최고였는데 업무량이 많아서인지 무슨 이유인지는 정확하게 모르겠으나 불친절하게 느꼈던 직원이 두명이상 보였습니다
