DISASTER!!!

Cons:

The room was small, the carpet smell, the walkway was badly lit, the carpet looked shabby and old. Most of all, it was so NOISY as there was a club that was in between the floors, so as such when the noise, loud music and karaoke went on until pass midnight, was really hell for me! When I lodged a complain to the front office, they told me that it will not last long. Instead of discussing on the alternatives, they ignored and expect me to accept it. I have travelled a lot around the world even in Malaysia. Not a single time that I have seen such a setting of a club in between the floors in a hotel, instead of it located on the ground floor. This is a very stupid setting. Definitely it will effect the rest of the other floors as the noise travels all the way. Also the mosque nearby was quite loud too. It will definitely disturb the sleep in the early morning. I think this is all because of the window is very thin, as such you can practically hear everything so loud from inside the room. DISASTER!!!

Must improve housekeeping. Need to remove the " smell ". Could be due the aged carpets. Be careful with bed sheets & pillows. Water leaking.
