building and rooms are run-down and gloomy. hotel staff was not amicable and helpful with some reluctance. the only saving grace is the decent breakfast buffet.

Cons:

upkeep and maintenance is very basic, more like hostels.

Pricey for the hotel condition. Good for short stay only.
Pros:

Beds are comfortable, parking is free, ample breakfast spread.

Cons:

Aircon not cold. Hot at night. Although clean, bathroom is outdated with broken faucets, toilet seat, etc.
