Magnifique
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique, avec un très bel emplacement. Mais surtout, un personnel au top, accueillant et aux petits soins. Mention spéciale à wissem de la réception, très à l’écoute, attentionnée et professionnelle. Un grand merci !

Nous avons adoré ! Le personnel est incroyable ! Le restaurant très très bon ! Nous avons été surclassé et c’est super ! La piscine top ! En face vous avez Kawkab jeu très gros point positif pour les enfants

Very nice location but needs a major renovation
Pros:

The location and the staff. They are super nice and professional and very accommodating

Cons:

The room was really dark, the sheets and towels were used and abused. When I asked for more light in the room they offered to switch me to another room. However I used to love this hotel and it was my choice when in Marrakesh but I think it’s time to pick another spot

J’ai été pleinement satisfait de mon séjour. L’hôtel est très confortable, idéalement situé pour découvrir Marrakech. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, accueillant et attentionné.
Tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour, avec une mention spéciale pour la qualité de l’accueil et le confort de l’établissement.
Je recommande vivement le 2Ciels Hôtel et j’y retournerai sans aucune hésitation lors de mon prochain séjour à Marrakech !
