Pros:

Was close to a seven eleven and restaurants.

Cons:

Pillow was like sleeping on a brick, hard and big. Bed was uncomfortable and old and moved around a lot as slept. Slept very poor. Did not provide tea, only coffee.

The male staff can speak Malay & very helpful
Breakfast are customized & you will had your breakfast at hotel near this hotel & it's halal. Their bihun goreng was delicious complete with chicken & vege.
Our family room is big enough for 5 of us
Hotel near with 7e & money changer
Easy to get tuktuk

Cons:

This is old hotel. Based on price u can't complaint much. Not sure if toothbrush need to request bit our room don't have it during my stay.
Hope they can provide extra pillow
The room & shower are so basic
