Please improve the cleanliness of the café, toilets, and other facilities as well.

What I really enjoyed was the cold weather and the calm environment. It was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a quiet getaway.

Cons:

Hurm… I paid for breakfast, but apparently they forgot to inform the café staff. I was quite shocked when the staff asked me to pay again, even though I had already paid for breakfast during check-in. Thankfully, the staff checked and sorted it out.

Honestly, the breakfast selection was also quite limited. There was nasi goreng, mee, pie, sausages, coffee and tea — but not many other options. The coffee machine wasn’t included either, and anyone who wanted coffee from the machine had to pay extra, as stated on the menu.

Considering the price, I expected more variety. The food and drinks felt quite expensive too. RM14 for an iced coffee? Bruh 🙂‍↔️

I'd choose them again
Pros:

Wyndham is very centrally and ideally located in the context of Bukit Fraser. The city center, restaurants, bars, convenience store, park, police station, souvenir shops and bicycle rentals are all within walking distance. It's a very advantageous spot to choose for a stay. Also, the staff is friendly, professional and helpful.

Pros:

Very nearby to the clock tower. Quite clean.

Cons:

Didn’t expect the room that was not facing the golf club came without aircon.
There was one standing fan, which makes the room very stuffy. Even if you open the window, the noice outside was disturbing.
