Convenient location and quiet environment
Pros:

Nice golf course view with birds singing all day, yet very close to the clock tower and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Wifi connection was weak so we couldn’t watch the TV. I find it difficult to take a shower in the bathtub that isn’t flat.

Stay here if you are in Fraser's Hill!
Pros:

The staff here are amazing and so friendly. The room was comfortable. The location was perfect with everything we needed in walking distance.

Basic hotel
Pros:

Basic functional room.

Cons:

Room is rather spartan, no decoration. For the pice level I expected more. Only rain shower, no hand shower. Noise from corridor. It's on a hill, we could park the car at the room level, but still was told to bring the room access card to reception a few floors down on checkout.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

I am starting with what I do not like. That is = the windows are not netted fixed to the opening. There are only curtains, netted type which insects can still come into the room. So I did not open the windows so room get warm / stuffy since not ventilated.

I would have opened the windows a little if the window openings are installed fix since the room type is not air conditioned. The rate for air conditioned room is extreme high. This is what I do not like.

However I love the good service admin counter staff and the housekeeper service. They are friendly despite we sometimes cannot communicate fluently, at least they smile!!

Cons:

Probably the housekeeper was overwhelmed with the many rooms to attend to.
There were occasions were water bottles were not provided to the rooms [mine and other friends too] and we need to go asked for them and room slippers were not provided to our rooms when we checked in. Some of use asked for them and were given.

So my suggestion is to provide a checklist to the housekeeper [probably he is still young and not experienced enough] Not trying to discouraged him, he was helpful when asked. So the latter part was an encouraging compliment to him.

As i had to check out early at 7am, i left a tip [$10 RM] beside the bedside, not sure if he received it. Hopefully he did cos that's for him.

Overall, the experience was okay, and most aspects of the place were acceptable.

Cons:

The toilet was a major disappointment. There was a horrible odor that made it very unplesant to use, and it seemed to lack proper cleaning and maintenance. Improving the restroom facilities and addressing the smell would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Great rooms but the facilities and food let it down for a premium price.
Pros:

It was centrally located and the room was modern and comfortable

Cons:

I had to ask twice for the mini bar to be replaced as it wasn’t working. Also we had a balcony over looking the garden but no chairs or table to sit outside and enjoy it. The breakfast was very poor and there were ants and flies on the open food. Not the best quality considering the price. The second morning we ate breakfast in the town and it was much better quality and value.
