اذا اردت ان تخذل نفسك اسكن في فندق DOMO

لا شيء يستحق الإعجاب

Cons:

غرفة عائلية سيئة جدا وقد خرجت منها وذهبت الى فندق اخر ولم اطالب بالمبلغ ولن أعود لها ؟؟ انصحك بعدم الحجز .
سوف تقوم بحمل امتعتك وحقائبك في هذا الفندق للأسف 4 نجوم ،، وسوف تقوم بحمل امتعتك يا صديقي وتدفعها بالعربة الى غرفتك لانه لايستحق نجمة واحدة !

Hamza and Kawtar were very welcoming and helpful , accommodating and quick to assist .
The hotel Location is great and conveniently close to major avenues in casablanca .

Pros:

Ik vond de service van Kawtar in het bijzonder zeer goed , zij was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en profesioneel. Alles waar ik om vroeg nam.ze zeer serieus en alles wat haar vorige collega verkeerd had gedaan had zij weer gecorrigeerd, Ma sha allah! Door haar inzet voelde in ik mij zeer welkom. Alles was binnen enkele minuten opgelost. Super bedankt Kawtar en Fedua

Cons:

Receptie medewerker en resatrant medewerker waren erg onprofesioneel in hun gedrag maar zodra kawtar binnen kwam was het alles weer goed gekomen.

Muy satisfecho con mi estancia. Vengo a menudo y el servicio siempre es excelente. Destaco especialmente a Ismail en recepción por su amabilidad y profesionalismo. Volveré sin duda.

Service au top comme d’hab, surtout Ismail super dispo et à l’écoute. Ils m’ont même upgradé la chambre, trop sympa comme geste ! C’est ma deuxième fois dans cet hôtel et franchement je recommande à fond. Propreté et service nickel 👌

Good space upto date furniture and accessories also hot water.

Cons:

Air conditioning unit didn't give out hot air I assume all the hotels do this to save money 8n my experience. Air ducts were full of dirt I had to clean again manually. Also no hotels have extractor.fans which makes the bathroom very hot and no circulation. Whether these hotels care about these things I beg to differ.
