Restaurant Staff/outdoor tables.
Pros:

Went again for a meal in the garden on 12th July (2.10pm). The meal was lovely and Janice our server was superb. She made sure we were seated in an area where the baby(4 months) got shade, was very pleasant and even tho it was nearly 2.30pm made sure everything was perfect. Thank you to her and Sergio..will be back.

Family Lunch
Pros:

Had another enjoyable lunch at one of our favourite venues. Staff efficient and welcoming. Premises including the grounds are maintainted to a high standard.
Only negative comment is the now ridiculous cost of soft drinks. Don't think many will be happy to pay £4.00 for a small can of full-fat Coke and £5 for a pint of draft lemonade with a splash of blackcurrant cordial is ok. Will happily stick to iced tap water from now on.

A classy, friendly and beautiful stay with exceptional dining
Pros:

Stunning property in a beautiful location. Friendly staff. Excellent dining which was good value for money.

Cons:

Only minor issue was that the bed was very small for 2 of us which meant we didn’t sleep as well as we might have done,

Nice stay in a gorgeous historic property
Pros:

Beautiful property. Good food which was good value.

Cons:

It’s a busy hotel and quite noisy late at night and early in the morning. Ear plugs would be worth taking.

Lovely location, superb food
Pros:

Food was delicious. Staff warm and friendly. Hotel traditional and gardens beautiful.

Cons:

The decor in the lodge and cottage didn’t match the hotel. The colours were dull and drab and we were not warned on booking that construction work was taking place opposite the accommodation. Apart from that everything else was great.
