Beau, confortable, adapté au handicap.
Pros:

Très beau, bien agencé et contrairement à la France, l’Allemagne maitrise le concept de toilettes adaptées au handicap et prévoit un rideau dans la douche pour éviter d’inonder partout. À notre arrivée la chasse d’eau était défectueuse, le problème a été résolu très rapidement.

Fahrrad konnte über Nacht in die Eingangshalle gestellt werden.

Cons:

We carefully booked this trip on our road trip as a quick stop to sleep before hitting the road next morning. We arrive tired at 8.30pm and we are told that there was a computer problem and they overbooked, and have no room for us. She continued explaining that not to worry, we found the solution and solved it by booking you a room in another hotel in the city. She gave us the address for the other hotel, which was right in the middle of the city. It took a while to get to the other hotel, find parking and while check in we were told, the chester hotel booked us two single rooms instead of a Superior Double Room that we originally booked. The check in staff was finally able to sort few things, and managed to get us a twin room. By this point we didnt really care as just wanted to get some sleep. I understand computer issues and overbooking, but what i do not understand is if Chester hotel found the issue and solved it before we get there. Why did they not contact us before and save us a little bit of hassle. Completely unprofessional behaviour!

Wie immer alles sauber, Personal Freundlich!
Habe nichts zu meckern

Cons:

Das einzige was mir nicht gefällt, dass man pro Tag neun Euro für den Parkplatz bezahlen muss.
