Fantastic location and excellent value for money for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit.
Pros:

Excellent staff! They were very supportive and assisted with every little request.

Cons:

The shower door seals at the base did not work, so both the bathroom floors flooded with water after each shower.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Location was excellent

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable.
The second time we unlocked the door, our key got stuck & we couldn't get it out. We called the after hours help line & Nick was very helpful & after speaking with the owners, talked us through the problem to release our key. It's not very good that they are aware of the issue & haven't rectified it.

Pros:

Great location, parking available. Walking distance to south bank & surrounds

Good location and facilities ....but!
Pros:

excellent location for southbank , room facilities good but not properly cleaned . Good security. Almost no reception facilities

Cons:

Room was not particularly clean, nor well maintained, missing kitchen sink plug, yet we were supposed to wash our dishes. Had receptionist attend room to supply plug and showed poor cleaning and blanket which appeared unwashed for some time including questionable 'brown stains' . No action taken

Fleet Lane is convenient but sadly needs a good clean, some maintenance & some new beds!
Pros:

Fleet Lane is very convenient when going to the theatre or have functions in South Bank

Cons:

I have been staying at Fleet Lane for a long while now but I have seen the cleanliness and maintenance decline. The beds are so uncomfortable it’s like sleeping on springs just awful! Also fleet lane like so many other hotels charge for parking .. years ago it was included in your accommodation price not anymore just another money grab.

Would stay here again
Pros:

The price was reasonable for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities very close to all the places we wanted to go to at Southbank

Cons:

It's a very noisy area and the walls are pretty thin. Anyone speaking or walking in the hallways was amplified.
