Good location but very tired facilities which need maintenance
Pros:

The location is good in relation to cultural precinct and convention centre. The cost was less than others for the size unit we had.

Cons:

The unit was very basic, no rugs or cushions. Pillows were flat and lifeless and replacements were hard to get. Only one chair on the balcony, it’s a 2 br unit, balcony huge so would have been nice for friends to sit out on. The clothes airer was old and rusty. The spa on the roof is out of commission and looks like there is no intention to have it repaired. The rooftop plants were very dead. The wheelchair/ stair lift also out of action/ the sign is laminated so probably not a recent problem? The cleaning staff were using shopping trolleys- not real professional. The unit we had was tired and needed some love. You get what you pay for.

Not worth the money- didn’t even stay the last night
Cons:

The couch was disgusting - felt like it’s never been cleaned. The quilt was loose between flat sheets, no quilt cover.
The front door didn’t close properly and the washing machine isn’t connected properly so flooded the bathroom when I used it!

Pros:

Secure parking location

Cons:

Vanity leaked. Everything outdated no power points at both bedside table. No response service what so ever from staff when complaints were made. No dustpan or cleaning supplies for 3 night stay and no change of towels . Water went everywhere everytime we used thw shower and vanity leaked constantly so we never had clean or dry towels . Extremely unhappy with out stay.

Cons:

It was not clean , both showers leaked every time we showered. The clothes dryer did not work. The toilet must of had a leak as you could smell urine in the bathroom. I paid $30 for a full clean of the apartment but it wasn’t cleaned very much. There was still stuff on the floor in the bathroom. Had to pay $15 everyday for parking , it should be included.

Barely satisfied with the unit not impressed with vomit on balcony
Pros:

Location was ideal and view from apartment was second to none

Cons:

Vomit on the glass panel on the balcony all furniture old and dated. Bed in master room was sloping back to the head area and the mounting legs were loose and every time you moved the bed moved

Good to spend few days..
Pros:

good location with the view for the apartment, room lights were bit too dim and most importantly kitchen utensils were not in a good condition. overall we had good time.

Cons:

parking was assigned to us was already in used by another car. when we arrived at 11 pm there was no body to contact so we looked into reserved for our unit no sign on whole parking and parked there. next day I had a chat with lady at reception and she said that ok, but to our surprise later that night we had a notice paper on our windscreen saying its illegal parking.
