Ein absolutes Top Hotel für Familien mit bestem Service und sehr freundlichen Personal
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service ist einfach top und das Essen ist einmalig. Besonders im Restaurant Rhodies, unbedingt hingehen.

Cons:

Der Zaun um den Kids Club muss dringend erneut werden, da die Türe immer offen steht / stehen kann und die Kinder dann rauslaufen können. Der General Manager hat sich jedoch dem Thema umgehend angenommen und arbeitet an einer Lösung.

Amazing
Pros:

Everything, the room , the staff, not having to reserve sunbeds, the food and cocktails were amazing. Evening entertainment was simple but great.

The airport!!! It is the only thing letting down this whole holiday but hopefully when the new airport is built this will change

- überragender Service
- Personal überaus freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend
- Buffet reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und super frisch
- tolle Angebote für Kinder und viel Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse auch von kleinen Kindern
- der kleine, aber gut sortierte Supermarkt auf dem Gelände

Cons:

- unser Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man besonders im Badezimmer gesehen hat
- Buffet hätte noch mehr vegetarische und vegane Optionen haben können
- entgegen der kommunizierten Richtlinie, dass keine Poolliegen vorab reserviert werden dürfen, wurde dies leider doch von einigen Gäste gemacht und auch leider nicht, wie eigentlich angekündigt, unterbunden

Pros:

Mooi goed onderhouden rustig vakantiepark. Er zijn veel appartementen, maar daar merk je niets van. Het ligt wel wat hoger, dus een auto is wel gewenst. Overigens biedt de accommodatie een shuttle service aan naar Chersonissos en beachclub.

Pros:

Snídaně i večeře byly na velmi vysoké úrovni. Obsluhující personál byl příjemný a vedoucí směny perfektní. Ve vašem resortu jsme již počtvrté a rádi se budeme opět vracet.

מלון יפה ומטופח, אבל חשוב להגיע אליו עם ציפיות נכונות.

נתחיל מהמיקום.
המלון מרוחק ומבודד מאוד. אין כמעט שום דבר שאפשר להגיע אליו ברגל, ולכן מי שמחפש לצאת בערב מהמלון, לטייל בין מסעדות, טברנות וחנויות צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון. מצד שני, למי שמחפש שקט ורוגע, הבידוד יכול דווקא להיות יתרון.

המלון עצמו בהחלט יפה. הוא בנוי כמו כפר קטן, עם הרבה ירוק, גינות מטופחות ואווירה מאוד שקטה ונעימה. השטח גדול מאוד ולכן לפעמים יש גם לא מעט הליכה.

לדעתי הבריכה פחות מרשימה במציאות לעומת התמונות של המלון. היא בסדר ונעימה, אבל לפחות מבחינתנו התמונות יצרו ציפייה למשהו קצת יותר מרשים.

הנקודה העיקרית שבה התאכזבנו היא החדרים. המלון מוגדר כמלון 5 כוכבים, אבל לדעתי החדרים עצמם הם ברמה של 3 כוכבים לכל היותר. אנחנו אפילו ישנו בסוויטת פרימיום, שאמורה להיות בין האפשרויות הטובות במלון, ועדיין הרגשנו שהגיע הזמן לשיפוץ משמעותי.

החדר היה גדול ומרווח, שזה בהחלט יתרון, אבל העיצוב מיושן מאוד. המטבח ישן, הריהוט מיושן וכל החלל מרגיש קצת מסורבל ותקוע כמה שנים טובות אחורה. ממלון שמוגדר 5 כוכבים ציפינו לרמת חדרים הרבה יותר מודרנית ויוקרתית.

השירות במלון היה יחסית טוב. אנשי הצוות היו אדיבים וניסו לעזור כשצריך.

יתרון גדול מאוד, במיוחד בגלל המיקום המבודד, הוא שירות ההסעות החינמי של המלון. מספר פעמים ביום יוצא אוטובוס שלוקח את האורחים לכמה נקודות באזור חרסוניסוס וגם מחזיר אותם למלון. מבחינתנו זה היה מאוד שימושי וחוסך את הצורך לקחת מונית בכל יציאה מהמלון.

בסופו של דבר מדובר בריזורט יפה, שקט ומטופח, עם שטחים ירוקים ואווירה רגועה ושירות טוב. הוא יכול להתאים מאוד למי שמחפש בעיקר שקט ורוצה להישאר רוב הזמן בתוך הריזורט.

אבל מבחינתי, כדי שהמלון באמת יצדיק את ההגדרה של 5 כוכבים, הוא חייב לעבור שדרוג משמעותי של החדרים, המטבחים והריהוט. הפער בין הרמה של השטחים הציבוריים לבין הרמה של החדרים פשוט גדול מדי.
