הייתה לנו שהות נהדרת . המקום יפהפה, שקט ומטופח מאוד, והמתקנים נוחים, נקיים ומתוחזקים היטב. הכול היה מסודר ונעים, והרגשנו שחשבו על כל פרט כדי להפוך את החופשה למוצלחת. נהנינו מאוד, נשמח לחזור ובהחלט ממליצים!
הבריכות פשוט מעולות ! ויש מיני גולף ממש כיפי.
אל תיקחו הכל כלול, אפשר כשאין כוח לצאת לקחת שם ארוחת ערב
יש אחלה מינמרקט עם הכל ירקות פירות קפואים כל מה שצריך.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι υπέροχο , καθαρό , καλοσυντηρημενο, σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή , απομονωμένα από τον χαμό της Χερσονήσου ,
όμως όλη τη διαφορά την κάνει η εξυπηρέτηση , ο επαγγελματισμός και η φιλοξενία του προσωπικού .
Ήταν αψεγάδιαστοι ως και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια .

Διαλέξαμε το all inclusive πακέτο και ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας , καθότι δεν περιλαμβάνονται μόνο τα γεύματα στον μπουφέ και τα σνακ /ποτά στο μπαρ αλλά και στα δύο υπέροχα εστιατόρια .

Τόσα χρόνια στην Κρήτη , στις Ροδιές φάγαμε σίγουρα την καλύτερη ντόπια κουζίνα .

Μέσα σε 3 μέρες , ξεκουράστηκαμε τόσο , όσο δεν είχαμε ξεκουραστεί το όλο το υπόλοιπο καλοκαίρι .

A place that feels like home and gets better every year!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **A place that holds a very special place in our hearts!**

This is much more than just a hotel for us. We have been coming back almost every year since 2018, when we got married, and it has become part of our anniversary tradition. We even celebrated our pre-wedding party here, so returning always brings back wonderful memories.

What amazes us, however, is that despite knowing the hotel so well, **every year it somehow manages to exceed our expectations and surprise us all over again. It simply keeps getting better and better!**

Everything about our stay was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Our room was spacious and beautiful, with a lovely view, and the Cretan breakfast was absolutely outstanding — authentic, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay.

But what truly makes this hotel special is its people. The entire team combines professionalism with genuine warmth and hospitality. You never feel like just another guest; you feel truly looked after. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, who was remarkably approachable, kind and helpful, and genuinely interested in making sure that we were enjoying every moment of our stay. This personal attention makes an enormous difference and reflects the wonderful atmosphere of the entire hotel.

After all these years and so many visits, we can confidently say that this hotel has never disappointed us. Quite the opposite: **each time we return, we discover another reason to love it.**

For us, it is now part of our story and a place associated with some of our happiest memories. We cannot recommend it highly enough and, of course, we will be back again — as we have been doing for years!

Un complejo genial, la atención del personal insuperable..muy atentos y serviciales. La comida de los diferentes restaurantes del hotel buenísima. Estuvimos muy agusto. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Tolle Aussicht, kleine Mängel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön am Hang gelegen und wir hatten Glück, dass wir ein super Zimmer hatten. Es war nah am Pool und Restaurant, aber sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer super Aussicht. Man kann aber auch sicherlich weniger Glück haben. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten gibt es zu bemängeln zum Beispiel am Pool, nicht so ganz sauber an manchen Ecken und kaputte Plastikstücke am Boden im Pool auf die wir hingewiesen haben aber nur eines wurde repariert. Wir hatten Halbpension, Essen in der Pool-Bar zu teuer für das was es ist. Aber super ausgestatteter Supermarkt im Hotel wo man vor allem Getränke viel günstiger kaufen kann. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant ist okay, aber nicht überragend. Ich würde ohne Essen buchen nächstes Mal, da wir eine Küche im Zimmer hatten und somit dann mehr selbst versorgen. Der Kids-Club ist zwar schön, aber davon haben wir uns mehr erhofft. Die zwei Mädels dort zwar nett aber wenig Initiative und sehen meist gelangweilt und genervt aus. Meine Tochter wollte nicht wirklich Zeit dort verbringen. Minigolf-Anlage war super am Abend wenn es kühler war. Generell kann ich das Hotel empfehlen, aber doch etwas überteuert alles in allem.
