Ontzettend genoten van dit top verblijf!
Pros:

Super mooie en fijne accommodatie. Alles is goed geregeld, het personeel is top en het uitzicht is super mooi!

Cons:

Enige tip is om de badkamer te renoveren. Een douchegordijn en een douche in het bad, past niet helemaal bij de rest van de ervaring hier.

Perfect place for first family holiday with 4 month old baby
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Village Heights Resort and would happily return! The resort was beautiful, with tastefully decorated communal areas, and our one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our first holiday abroad with our four-month-old. Having everything nearby made travelling with a baby so much easier.

The food was delicious, with a great choice at the buffet, especially breakfast, and we loved enjoying the sunshine at the main restaurant. The staff were exceptional – friendly, attentive and always happy to help with anything from baby equipment to taxis. Nothing was ever too much trouble!

We also loved the convenience of the shuttle to the beach bar and sea. Overall, a fantastic resort with impeccable service that made our first family holiday so special. Highly recommend!

Super!!
Pros:

Super mooi resort, fijn vriendelijk personeel. Alles was netjes schoon en duidelijk te vinden. Veel te doen en goed geregeld voor kinderen. We werden bij aankomst naar de kamer gebracht met een golfkarretje,zodat we onze koffer niet dat stuk hoeven te tillen enn op de terug weg om 4 uur in de nacht ook weer naar de receptie gebracht.

Cons:

Voor best veel dingen zoals restaurants op het resort, en de laundry moet je reserveren. Moet je wel echt rekening mee houden. Her resort ligt ver uit elkaar betreft kamers naar receptie en hoofdgebouw. Dat is prima als je goed te been bent. Houd daar rekening mee.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχο, αλλά έχω μια μικρή ένσταση ως προς την ποιότητα του φαγητού, καθώς περιμέναμε κάτι καλύτερο. Χρειάζεται αναβάθμιση στις πρώτες ύλες και τις γεύσεις.

Schöne Hotelanlage mit einem allerdings fragwürdigen Verständnis von Kulanz
Pros:

Village Heights Resort ist eine Dorf-ähnlich aufgebaute Hotelanlage, welche ein starkes Gefühl von Individualität vermittelt. Das Personal ist sensibilisiert und vermittelt dem Hotelgast ein Gefühl, willkommen zu sein.

Cons:

Ich habe den Aufenthalt aus privaten Gründen nach einer Woche vorzeitig beendet. Dass das Hotel auf eine Rückerstattung von rund 1'000 Euro verzichtet hat, mag aus seiner Sicht nachvollziehbar sein. Dass zusätzlich jedoch noch 12 Euro für einen Konsum verrechnet wurden, wirkt angesichts des Gesamtzusammenhangs wirklich sehr kleinlich. Wer bei einem Verzicht auf rund 1'000 Euro Rückerstattung selbst bei 12 Euro keinen Spielraum für Kulanz sieht, setzt ein fragwürdiges Zeichen gegenüber seinen Gästen.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit allen wünschenswerten Annehmlichkeiten für eine erholsame Auszeit.
Pros:

Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage, welche sich weitläufig erstreckt und zahlreiche Freizeitaktivitäten ermöglicht. Alle Suiten verfügen über eine gute, funktionale Ausstattung und haben nahezu alle einen tollen Meerblick.
Auch gastronomisch hat das Resort sehr viel zu bieten. Drei sehr schöne Restaurants mit ausgezeichneter Küche, die von traditionell bis international viel zu bieten haben.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gesamte Mitarbeiterteam, welches sich um alle Belange und Wünsche der Gäste äußerst zuvorkommend und aufmerksam kümmert.
Eine absolute Ausnahmestellung nimmt hierbei der Restaurantleiter ein, welcher mehrsprachig einen außergewöhnlichen Serviceanspruch vorlebt und ein unfassbar toller Gastgeber ist.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr funktional (Suiten zumeist mit Kitchenette), so dass man auch relativ autark Urlaub machen kann. Grundsätzlich erfüllt die Ausstattung der Zimmer alle erwartbaren Annehmlichkeiten eines gehobenen Resorts.
Um einem internationalen 5*-Niveau gerecht zu werden, müsste die Einrichtung stilvoller und wertiger gestaltet werden.
Die exponierte Lage in den Hügeln über Chersonisos sorgt auf der einen Seite für erholsame Ruhe (wenn man von den zahlreich vertretenen Familien mit Kleinkindern absieht), ist aber auf der anderen Seite etwas abgelegen und erfordert i.d.R. einen fahrbaren Untersatz, um sich die Umgebung zu erschließen.

The resort is perfect if you want to travel around the island! Take HB and rent a car!
Pros:

Yoga and Pilates was perfect, Melania is a great asset for the resort. The manager or main waiter at the main restaurant was very nice and gave us always good advice if we asked for it. Also the chef was so kind he gave me one of his recipes I asked for.
The food was very good very hygienic very well organized. Also the minimarket on site was great, they have fair prices and quite a variety of products you might need. We loved to have to walk to the main restaurant. It gave us plenty time to admire the resort and the view of the surrounding. I loved that the cars had to be parked outside the resort, and if you had luggage to carry the reception organized the pick up with an electric car. Thus there was no disturbing noise.

Cons:

If you asked for a coke at the lobby bar you got a glass of ice with some coke in it. The same for an apple juice soda mix.
We didn't mention without ice, but it wasn't asked eighter.
We couldn't enjoy the stay at the reserved beach (Beach-comber) as the music was constantly unpleasant the bass was drumming more then heavily. When i asked to turn the bass a little less, the very proud girl answered that it doesn't bother them and the whole summer it was like that. So we left our sunbeds and booked in the neighborhood where you couldn't feel the bass beating into our chest.

Lovely property, shame about the awful weather .

Very nice spacious apartment with great views.

Like the property very much, but due to the bad weather were not able to use the swimming pool at all during our stay.

酒店的风格很温馨，让人有一种回家的感觉。坐落在山丘上，夜晚很静谧。酒店白天安排的各种活动很丰富，让小孩和大人都很开心。小朋友的活动尤其不错！

All was great 👍, definitely going back next year. Private beach with sunbeds, many recreational activities in the hotel area.

There is not enough light in the living room to my taste, maybe it's by design like that.
