Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen. Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, die meist neben Englisch weitere Sprachen sprechen. Sehr guter Service. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Reperaturen werden sehr schnell erledigt. Sehr gutes Essen, auch bei besonderen Wünschen möglich (glutenfrei). Schöne Anlage mit Schwimmbädern und vielen landestypischen Pflanzen.

Cons:

Leider war die Nutzungszeit der Bäder eingeschränkt (10:00 bis 18:00). Schwimmen morgens ab 8:00 bis abends 19:30 hat uns gefehlt. Das Meer ist über kostenlosen Shuttelbus erreichbar, Liegen sind kostenfrei reservierbar. Der Strand war recht voll, das Schwimmbad in der Anlage war entspannter und angenehmer.

Pros:

The staff in the hotel was polite and courteous. We loved having dinners at ellia the food was exceptionally good.

Cons:

Housekeeping can be a bit better. It was embarrassing to call at front desk to get small things done right. Also a suggestion to please put blackouts in the room the present curtains dont work well.

Pros:

Beautiful resort - we had fantastic views from our very spacious suite. The swimming pools were excellent. The shuttle bus to the town is useful and we enjoyed the cat cafe.

Cons:

Room service food was overpriced and unpleasant. €17 for what tasted like a doughy undercooked supermarket pizza.

Pros:

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff, especially the reception team, were some of the nicest people we met! always available, always smiling, and always patient. We always received quick and professional service.
The rooms are comfortable, clean, and very spacious. We stayed in a family room that included a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and a large balcony.

The breakfast was very varied and delicious. We also tried the dinner, but personally enjoyed it less.

A perfect place for families - highly recommended!

Cons:

A few small things could be improved. The TV sometimes had issues, especially when trying to connect to YouTube or Netflix via screen sharing, although we did not contact the staff about it.

The pool and kids club only opened at 10:00 AM, which felt a bit late for families with young children. The pool bar also started service at 11:30 AM, so we sometimes had to buy snacks and drinks elsewhere.

Other than that, everything was perfect!

Wonderful relaxing time
Pros:

Wonderful staff, amazing location, felt secluded in the little houses but then part of the action as soon as you step out of it. As a solo traveller I was made so welcome.

Cons:

Slightly challenging for vegetarians and I imagine vegans would find it really tricky. Though I have no doubt that the staff would be brilliant at accommodating on request (and tbf Greece generally is meat and cheese heavy!).

Location so out of the way, they won’t exchange dirty pool towels and charge you if you want more
Pros:

There really wasn’t anything that would bring be back there again. The place is way too large, took a long time to go everywhere

Cons:

The u don’t serve coffee on the morning unless you pay for it. They get you for everything , quality of odd is so so… buffet was cold in a lot of dishes

Pros:

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, and amazing views into the countryside. Staff were incredibly welcoming and lots of options to keep you busy if you're looking to stay within the resort. Very family friendly.

Cons:

On-site restaurants can be expensive; however there are cheaper local options within 15 minutes drive. With that said the food was very good, so you won't go wrong either way.
