但整體來說親切，早餐飯後還有現擠冰淇淋可以吃！不算寬敞的房間，但住宿舒適、地點方便，只是樓層走道很悶熱，夏天來說有點不舒服

離車站很近，附近出口也有電梯和手扶梯，對有行李的旅客來說很方便，每天時間內還有冰棒和飲料可以飲用

洗衣機只有兩層樓有，也只有各一台，對於多天數旅客來說較不方便

交通極度便利： 飯店位置離博多車站非常近，無論要搭乘地鐵還是 JR 都超級方便，對於自由行旅客來說省了大量走路時間。
令人驚艷的下午茶與冰棒： 飯店提供的下午茶服務簡直是小朋友的天堂！特別是七月的九州天氣真的非常炎熱，能隨時回到飯店休息吃支冰棒消暑實在太幸福。唯一的「副作用」就是小朋友一整天都心心念念著想趕快回飯店吃冰棒休息（笑）。
溫暖高效率的顧客服務： 退房時因為一時疏忽，把行李箱綑綁帶遺留在房間，向櫃檯人員反映後，短短不到 10 分鐘服務人員就幫我們找回並送來了，真的非常感謝工作人員的熱心與高效率！
不論是地理位置、親子友善度還是服務品質都無可挑剔，強烈推薦給計畫來博多旅遊的朋友們！下次來博多一定會優先考慮入住！
