Skønt to-dages ophold med opgradering til fabelagtig suite
Pros:

Vi havde to overnatninger på Albert's og spiste aftensmad i den højtliggende restaurant med udsigt aften nummer 2 (den er lukket om mandagen). Maden var dejlig, og det samme var morgenmadsbuffeten. Personalet var fantastiske, især i receptionen. Vi startede i et standard dobbeltværelse, som var fint, men vi ønskede at opgradere til et værelse i den anden side af hotellet, som vender ud mod Göta Elven. Vi blev tilbudt at opgradere til en suite mod en meget rimelig betaling. Den var fantastisk - både mht. plads, faciliteter, udsigt og egen balkon. Mange filmstjerner og kendte filmfolk fra hele verden har overnattet på hotellet, og deres hilsener og autografer hænger i rammer på gangene. Hotellet ligger i rolige omgivelser med skov og park omkring. Vi havde MTB-cykler med i bilen og tog ture rundt i Trollhättan om dagen og udforskede slusesystemet i byen, hvilket gøres godt fra en cykelsadel. Hotellet uddeler cykelkort. Vi fik lov at holde gratis på parkeringspladsen i nogle timer efter udtjekningen. Alt i alt en skøn oplevelse at bo på Albert's, og vi kommer gerne igen.

Cons:

Trafikken fra Trollhättans centrum kan høres i det fjerne, når man sidder på altanen, men det kan hotellet jo ikke bebrejdes.

Allt var bra men min mat hälleflundran var dålig. Fisken torr som om dem värmts flera gånger. Synd.
