Pros:

It’s a student residence house that also functions as a hotel. The room was very clean and had a huge bed. Breakfast is offered and it’s ok for short stays as there isn’t much variety. Many good bars and restaurants nearby. Near the university and the beach.

Cons:

There are tennis and padel courts next to the hotel so you can hear the ball and the people until late at night. Pricing at breakfast was quite random, I got charged different prices for same things on different days by different people, I was never told what else is included in the price I paid while my friend was. I find this really annoying.

The location was convenient. You can walk to the casco historico and it is a short walk to the beach. The room was small but you can put at least one suitcase in the closet. The available breakfast was expensive.

Todo el personal era muy amable. Aunque en la reserva no aparecía, tienen desayuno, a escoger entre varios tipos. Escogimos el bufet completo todos los días y estaba muy bien. Te hacían, huevos, tortilla o revuelto, bacon, tortitas, en el mismo momento como tú quisieras. Y pudimos desayunar en la terraza cubierta. Aunque no está céntrico, no está lejos del centro. La playa de Ondarreta queda a unos 12 minutos caminando a la izquiera y a unos 7 minutos caminando hacia el frente hay paradas de bus que llevan a la parte vieja de San Sebastián con bastante frecuencia. Hay 2 zonas de parking exterior de zona azul muy amplias y bien de precio, algo menos de 5 euros al día. También tienen zona de lavadoras y secadoras.

Cons:

La habitación era correcta, pero un poco justa. Y hacía calor. Había 2 ventiladores, pero aún así había momentos de calor.
