Страхотно!
Pros:

Персоналът е страхотен, хотелът е на няколко минути от плажа, басейните са страхотни, чисти. Всеки ден може да си вземете чисти хавлии за басейна/плажа. Всяка вечер имаше детска дискотека и след това различни представления. Забавлявахме се!

Cons:

Храната не е толкова хубава. Да не останахме гладни, но очаквах повече. Пода в стаята не беше особено чиста, имаше коса от предишни гости. Шезлонзите около басейните са недостатъчни.

Two star services in a hotel that claims to be five star. I will probably go to Sunny Beach again, but never to Alua Sun
Pros:

The property is located in a very beautiful area, close to the beach and the gorgeous Black Sea.
The food was tasty, the biggest restaurant was not very crowded, the bar and restaurant staff were friendly

Cons:

The entire property, except for the restaurant, is dirty. The cleaning staff does not clean, neither in the room, nor in the bathroom, nor in the pool area. The air conditioning in the room did not work at all, we did not have liquid soap, shower gel and toilet paper, although in the room description they appear. When we went to the reception to tell them what was missing from the room, we were greeted with a lot of indifference. It took them four hours to bring us toilet paper, and the bottles for soap and shower gel remained empty for the entire seven days we stayed there.

Pros:

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, a Sunny beach szélén, közvetlenül a tengerparton, közel a sétányhoz, mégis távol a buli központtól.
A szobák tiszták, tágas terasszal, gyönyörű kilátással.
Hatalmas hotelkomplexum, több medencével, rengeteg napozóággyal, a tömeg így eloszlik, mindig találhatsz magadnak helyet.
Több étterem, és bár, változatos étel-és koktélkínálat. Kedvenc a medencében található beach bar :)
A személyzet is nagyon kedves és segítőkész.
Ha szükséged van reptéri transzferre, intézik, fix áras, a sofőrök is nagyon kedvesek :)
Spa, benti medencével és szaunával.
Minden este programok, gyerek-és felnőtteknek, viszont ha pihennél a szobák nagyon jól hangszigeteltek.
Biztosan visszatérünk!

Pros:

Понравились бассеины, берег моря, в это раене Солнечного берега тихо, персонал классный, но сама гостиница желает и ремонта и пересмотра сервиса на более высокий уровень, в том числе в тонкостях питания. Если сравнить с клабами Турции, там уровень по выше.

Pros:

Nice location close lots of pools nice food you can find some options for everyone.
Great that they had spa and manechiure salon there at hotel.

Cons:

Here the list is a bit more.
No one assigned to guard the luggage.anyone could go in that storage room and get leave with any kind of bag.
Internet WiFi in róoms at 5th floor in middle of room not working at all only downstairs or at pool.
Could make the foreign staff to learn some English basic for hospitality in the restaurant most where like no English do not know.
