Pros:

The entertainment staff were excellent - always friendly and remembered us by name from day 1. The pool area and outdoor space are beautiful and the spa was worth it.

Cons:

This is not a 5* hotel! Food was ok but nothing special, staff were often rude and unhelpful. Site says dogs are welcome but nowhere does it give the daily fee. I had to pay 50€ per day - the dog was more expensive than my child!

Pros:

We recently stayed at the hotel and had the absolute pleasure of being greeted and assisted at the reception especially by Zhoro.
He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed — answering all our questions with patience and a smile and even helping sort out a small issue with our needs.
If you’re lucky enough to be welcomed by him, you’re in great hands!
We highly recommend this hotel specifically because of outstanding team at the reception. Also, the room was nice and clean. We generally are happy with our stay!

Totul a fost foarte frumos, din păcate vremea nu a fost prietenoasa, dar au fost multe facilități în incinta hotelului, piscina, sala de sport, spectacole de muzica și circ.
Totul mi-a placut foarte mult.

Pros:

Destul de mare, cu multe piscine, restaurantele foarte bune.

Cons:

Accesul la plaja aproape inexistent, iar surpriza de care nu afli nicăieri până la check-out este plata parcării de aproximativ 150 lei pe două zile - o metodă prin care au gândit managerii că mai scot profit. In fine, frumos dar sunt multe altele de 5 stele mult mai ok.

Wonderful place!
Pros:

The resort is very good, it has splendid architecture, a wonderful view, and a giant water park. The gastronomic area has a varied and plentiful buffet. There are attractions and shows every day. We loved the days we spent there.

Cons:

The drinks and cocktails are not of good quality.

Количество еды. Всегда есть, где перекусить. Номера просторные. Территория большая

Cons:

Номер, где мы жили находился очень далеко от лифта(3-5 минут пешком до лифта), но окна из окна был красивый вид.
Мы нашли чужие нарощенные ресницы в детской кроватке, но в остальных моментах весь персонал был дружелюбен

Отличный отель для отдыха.
Pros:

Отличные завтраки, обеды и ужины. Территория огромная и ухоженая с большим количеством бассейнов и шезлонгов. Автомобили паркуют на территории по внешнему периметру, места достаточно.
