員工服務態度很好，房間清潔乾淨，床很舒適。

Cons:

酒店的對面是夜店，晚上很吵、隔音設備不好。房價費用要刷信用卡，要加收4%手續費，不合理有變相漲價的問題。房間的燈光昏暗不夠明亮。

Soggiorno splendido nel centro di Saigon
Pros:

Ottima posizione, è già la terza volta che soggiorno in questo hotel.

Cons:

E' stato tutto ok. il WIFI non era a pagamento. Non c'è stato niente che non mi è piaciuto.

Too expensive. Too loud. Not worth it.
Pros:

The location is just a few steps from Ben Tanh Market however it is directly in front of a club which makes it impossible for rest. It's loud until 4-5am. Our room was very dim, bed was substandard, and bathroom was horrible. The shower was broken, tiles were also broken, and water pressure was so weak.

Cons:

I was so disappointed with the bathroom situation that i had to request a change in room. It was slightly better however the shower couldn't be adjusted, the bedroom was also very poorly made. Bed was hard. Elevator was dirty as well as the staircase and hallways.

Cons:

Bước vào ks nhận phòng và thanh toán bằng thẻ visa , bạn nv lễ tân bảo : a thanh toán bằng thẻ thì ks + 4% nữa nhé !? Tất nhiên là mình kg đồng ý và sau khi chờ bạn ấy hỏi quản lý thì kg bị trừ . Lấy thẻ bước vào tháng máy thì tháng máy vừa ồn vừa bẩn , ra khỏi thang máy thì đập vào mắt là 1 tấm nệm cũ để ngày lối đi của cái hành lang ks ( chiều rộng hành làng tầm 1m ) . Mở phòng ra thì cái phòng bé xúi có mùi ẩm mốc , mệt quá nên kệ leo lên đánh một giấc . Đang ngủ ngon lành thì có mấy giọt nc nó nhỏ ngay mặt nên tỉnh hẳn luôn , dậy soi đèn tìm thì hoá ra trời mưa phòng bị dột ( gọi lễ tân xử lý ) . Bước vào toilet mở cửa ra thì ối giời ơi luôn , xộc thẳng vào mũi là mùi hôi của các ống cống trong nhà vs . Rửa ráy qua loa mà đi làm . Tối về mới là kinh khủng , cái mùi toilet + mùi ẩm mốc của phòng + tiếng ồn thằng máy + tiếng ồn của cơ sở dv đêm cũng quanh ks = thức trắng đêm vì mất ngủ ! Phản ánh với lễ tân khi trả phòng thì ks có ý kiến bù lại 300k tiền phòng nhường mình từ chối . Dạ thưa ks là giá phòng 1.750k/1 đêm mà thua cái nhà nghỉ giá 300k

Poloha primo naproti ohromne diskotece, nesnesitelny hluk. Z hudby se otrasaly postele.
O pulnoci se venku za oknem porouchala klimatizacni jednotka a vydavala hluk podobny startu letadla. O pulnoci nas tedy stehovali do jineho hotelu, byl dal, mnohem horsi kvality a bez oken. Jakoukoli kompenzaci za nevyspani hotel odmitl.

Neuveritelny hluk z ohromne diskoteky, ktera je primo naproti hotelu. Recepcni se vymlouval na manazedmvpManazer hotelu vubec nereagoval na vyzvu ke kompenzaci...
