Pros:

We were lucky with the weather; it was excellent. It only rained on the last day—the ninth day. The evening shows were fantastic, and the staff were friendly. Our housekeeper, Eva (or Hava in Turkish), was a very sweet and friendly young woman! It was our first time in Turkey.

Cons:

The mattresses were terrible. We were given an extra mattress topper, but the filling was lumpy. We tried putting a blanket underneath, but that only helped a little; our sides were left bruised from the mattress. We are probably just used to orthopedic mattresses. The pillows were uncomfortable, too.It’s a shame the air conditioners were old and very noisy, but thanks for the fact that they worked. It’s a shame the show was so late—at 9:30 PM—because by the time it ended, we were too tired to go to anything else (like the disco or karaoke).

Pros:

Ухоженная, зелёная территория, всё чисто и аккуратно. Есть основной бассейн и отдельный бассейн с горками. Хороший пляж, приятная атмосфера, достаточно разнообразное питание. В целом отель оставил хорошее впечатление, особенно учитывая стоимость проживания. Отель не новый, поэтому в некоторых местах заметен возраст. Но при такой цене это вполне соответствует ожиданиям. Хороший вариант для спокойного семейного отдыха — ухоженная территория, хороший пляж и достойное соотношение цены и качества.

В целом ожидание и реальность совпали, море, огромные бассейны удобные, море, пляж и территория красивая и ухоженная. аниматор очень стараются им респект) они правда молодцы, бары тоже довольно четко работают. Про качество алкоголя не буду ничего говорить, пил винишко, мне было ок. Но на барах готовят разные коктейли) кому-то ок, я не фанат)
Так получилось что приехали в этот отель второй раз, хочется отметить что проработали историю с вайфаем, теперь он работает почти на всей территории а не только в лобби

Cons:

Обычно не пишу ничего плохого но тут хочется отметить две локации в отели, которые сильно просели:
1) основной ресторан. Сразу скажу что голодными вы не останетесь. Но хочется обновления скатертей (были старые древние подстилки. Работа официантов. они стараются но их видимо мало( столы все грязные, вилки и ножи приходится искать самим. Так как их просто не кладут на столы. Вечером если вы привыкли на ужине что вам предложат напитки, забудьте. Если в ресторане будет менеджер, все резко меняется и столы протирают после гостей и напитки предлагают. Как только менеджер пропадает то и сервис пропадает вообще. Ни приборов, ни соли ни перца, грязь((( в общем я из-за этого расстороился. Качество еды и выбор не хочу оценивать это вкусовщина. Я больше про сервис. Сервис в основном ресторане ужасен(
2) Уборка в номерах. За 8 ночей у нас убрались 4 раза, при этом 3 раза просто протерли пол тряпкой, кровати не убирают, душевую кабину не моют и т.д. В общем сервис хромает. Еще из минусов в номере не будет ни шампуня, ни мыла, ни геля для душа....для 5 звезд в Турции....ну как будто это странно
3) Все уставшее, полотенца пляжным уже лет 10, лежаки разваливаются, зонты разваливаются....отдельно про смену полотенец, его спрятали в фитнес клуб, и ходить туда каждый день просто лень. По этому все ходят с одним и тем же полотенцем дня по 3-4

Мы ехали без ожиданий, покупаться, позагорать. Мы это сделали. Были вот эти недочеты, их как будто легко исправить....просто сервис и обновить скатерти в основном зале обеденном, полотенца, лежаки, зонтики и положить в номера хотя бы мыло.....это грустно что приходишь и тебе нечем руки помыть....

Los problemas con el taxi al aeropuerto empañaron la imagen con el Hotel.
Pros:

La animación y el kids club. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Pero nos dejó muy mal sabor de boca el check out y por eso ponemos una mala valoración.

Cons:

El trato en recepción cuando hicimos el check out. Solicitamos ayuda para pedir un taxi, nos dijeron que tardaría 5 min, tardó media hora o más. Lo que nos hizo llegar muy justos al aeropuerto. Nos dijeron que no se podía pagar con tarjeta desde el Hotel. Luego el taxista al llegar al aeropuerto no quiso cobrarnos lo que ponía el taxímetro si no 60€ que era bastante más. Esta anécdota para terminar las vacaciones no nos gustó. Nos dejó mal sabor de boca con el Hotel cuando habíamos estado muy agusto durante las vacaciones.
