Sacrificas comida y un poquito de comodidad por excelentes amenidades y comodidad en la instalacion
Pros:

Quiero ser franco. Para mí es un excelente lugar por el precio. Así que no pienses obtener el lujo que pagarías en hoteles mucho más caro. Pero la realidad es que por el precio te da mucho más que un hotel del mismo precio. Sus instalaciones son geniales y la joya es que tengas acceso gratis al sauna y al hamam en el spa aunque claro aparte pagas si deseas un masaje o el baño turco. La verdad si regreso a Antalia regresaría a este hotel por su Spa, instalaciones y que está muy cerca de la plaza The land of legends que es hermosa en verdad!!!

Cons:

La comida no es muy buena, Pero si lo suficiente para pasarla. Así que no llegues con espectativas altas de disfrutar cada platillo que preparan. Te tocará descubrir cuáles te gustan y cuáles no. Pero por lo que te dan las intalaciones es un sacrificio que bale la pena.

Les falta actualizar un poco sus habitaciones y principalmente nte su aire acondicionado que ya está muy descontinuado.

I didn’t like it

Cons:

When I entered my room, the bathroom tiles collapsed. And I called customer service they say someone will come to you shortly. I waited for 20 min, then went down and they changed my room. The room itself doesn’t feel comfortable for some reason, I couldn’t understand it. Maybe because the initial incident.

Food ok for all inclusive buffet style so as expected . sometimes good sometimes OK .

Drinks were all inclusive but spirits and cocktails were not very good so stuck to EFS beer which was ok

Pros:

rummen var alldeles för skitiga och var mycket slitna. Hotellet har en rating på 5 men den verkliga är max 2. Ljudet går rakt genom väggarna. Hela hotellet har ryska gäster som är som myror i alla utrymmen och har ingen respekt för andra gäster. Maten är under all kritik. Myror och katter i matsalen.

Cons:

Bore inte erbjudas via Booking eller annan hotellbokningstjänst.

This is not a 5* hotel it’s more like a 2-3* hotel
Pros:

The gardens were nice other than that not much.

There was a member of staff called Mehmet he was truly amazing and really cared about giving good customer service unlike the rest of the staff

Cons:

This has got to be one of the worst 5* hotels I have stayed at I have stayed at better 2-3* hotels than this.

The rooms are very very basic and the bathroom and the other amenities are all outdated as tho I’m in the 1970s. They don’t have simple things like an iron in the room and when requesting one I rang reception for over 5 mins and no one answered , then when I went to reception to speak to them they said no one was ringing rather than apologising. They then told me they don’t have an iron and will have to charge to iron cloths which is well overpriced.

The food is very bland with not much choice and all the cutlery was dirty and not washed. I’m very surprised that this is rated 4.4 on google the reviews don’t match the hotel seems like they are making the reviews up.

They have loud music on at night till 2am making it very hard to catch some rest.

Not much English is spoken by the staff and most of them are very rude when speaking with them.

I would not advise to book this place especially if you have kids and have come on a family vacations, I’m so glad I only booked one night at this place only due to cancellation of my flights last minute.

To top it off I did a review on google about my negative experience and the guest relations manger literally asked me about a dozen times to remove it which explains why the ratings of this hotel are good rather than bad she must do that to all the guests that have bad experiences
I could say lots more negative things about this place but I hope you get the idea

We waited for him, but he didn't come and didn't even apologize.After 10 days of staying at this hotel and the repetitive food, the quality of the food improved after talking to the chef.
