Неплохо, но «уборка» мне была не понятна.
Pros:

Отель прям в центре, недалеко до пляжа/набережной и ресторанов, магазинов, все очень близко. Соотношение цены качества, но без уборки и желаемой чистоты.

Cons:

Уборка очень хромает-это видимость чистоты, хотя никто не убирает по факту, был слой пыли на тумбочках и неожиданностью стало то, что приходили убирать днём когда нас не было в номере…Мы не ожидали, наши документы и деньги лежали в открытую, но все обошлось без краж. Наши предметы все же трогали и переставляли-зачем? не ясно. Все то же белье и все те же полотенца просто для вида сложили на «их места»(хотя они после использования сушились на дверях), кровати просто пристелили- белье и полотенца никто не менял. К чему была такая типо «уборка» не понятно, было ощущение что пришли, порылись в вещах и ушли, пока нас не было.

Pros:

Fajna lokalizacja. Blisko jest pralnia oraz przystanki z których łatwo dostać się idzie do głównych atrakcji w Ayija Napie.

Cons:

W okolicy jest dużo klubów więc przez większość mocy słychać muzykę.

Pros:

As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and welcomed here. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, The atmosphere was friendly, the room was completely clean and spotless and the location made exploring easy. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Дуже зручна локація, поряд є магазини, кафе де можна смачно поснідати, зупинка транспорту, пральня. Номер чистий, дуууууже зручні ліжка. Власники дуже привітні. Рушники міняли через день. Нас заселили раніше, ніж о 14. Ми приїхали в 10, написали власникам і нас вже чекали 🥰
Шикарний бюджетний варіант. Все сподобалось, під балконом ростуть гарні квіти, з балкону відкривається прекрасний вид на будинки і море. Рекомендую❤️

Good price and location
Pros:

*Location close to dance clubs in the center.
*Close to the intercity bus stop and city buses.
* Price I rented at the beginning of May 2026 I paid €44 for a double room per night.

Cons:

A dirty kettle with egg remains that the previous guest probably used.

I loved everything about my stay here. The location is ideal for on foot exploration of all Ayia Napa. The couple hosting was lovely, very kind, helpful, and, most important, caring. Hope to return soon.

Worst place I ever stayed in
Pros:

Absolutely nothing,I left the next morning only stay 1 night. When I looked for a refund the lady pretended to be staff .

Cons:

Room was filthy, beds were filthy, used razor blade in the shower. Bins hadn't been emptied, no sea view whatsoever. It was absolutely disgusting,

Great location from where you can walk to all of the main points of the city.
Pros:

Good choice for solo travelers, everything is nearby: main street with pharmacy, cafes, restaurants, shops, as well as a street of bars and clubs, bus station. I felt safer because of the security cameras in the corridors. Lovely owners who stop to chat and ask if everything is fine with the stay. In the room, there is a mini fridge, a kettle, and a wardrobe with a safe inside. I was surprised to find an adapter from EU to UK outlet (which is nice for those who forgot to bring one).

Cons:

At first, I had problems with the Wi-Fi, but found the password to a different Wi-fi that worked just fine.
