Very good place.
Pros:

Location was covenient to center, very safe day and early evening. Everyone liked breakfast. Staff wasextremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It totaly met expectations for an active stay, so really nothing we didn't like.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Friends. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very cozy. I also loved the location because it was convenient and close to many interesting places in Quito. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito. I hope to come back again soon!

Tolle Unterkunft in der historischen Altstadt Quitos
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Dachterasse in zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet, dazu sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war frisch und wurde liebevoll zubereitet, im Gemeinschaftsbereich steht ein Wasserspender zur Verfügung. Das Hotel als solches ist sehr gut organisiert und die Mitarbeiter bemüht und freundlich. Wir konnten unser Gepäck dort aufbewahren, während wir 4 Tage im Amazonas waren (hatten insgesamt 3 Aufenthalte dort). Das Wlan funktioniert super. Wir haben uns in der Straße des Hotels stets sicher gefühlt.

Excelente todo.
Pros:

El hotel está situado en el casco histórico de Quito, lo que te permite moverte a pie por toda esa zona, sin problemas. La arquitectura del hotel es increible, ya que es una casa colonial (adaptada a hotel) de casi 300 años!!! Para destacar, la amabilidad de todo el staff del hotel. Volveré.

Great place to stay … again
Pros:

We have stayed here three times. The property is clean and comfortable. The location was very close to great restaurants and within easy walking distance to main attractions. Communication was always easy and very efficient and effective. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is very delicious and a great start to the day. We thoroughly recommend staying here and also using their car service to and from the airport.
