We loved our stay here, they made everything so easy even when we had problems with our flights. The breakfast was amazing and the view from it can't be beat! We definitely will be back and recommend this hotel so much. Room was beautiful and the bed was amazing! 10/10 recommend!
Amazing view from rooftop restaurant
Stayed at Friends Hotel for two nights, a very enjoyable experience! The staff are so friendly and accommodating and really enjoyed the fresh breakfast with a great view! Easy walking distance to Old Town sights. Large bottle of water included in room.
This hotel is about people. Each and evey person was engaged and did everything so you feel cared and comfortable. They were kind and helpful. We had some problems and they helped us to solve each and every smal thing. Even they didnt have to do it. Breakfasts were wonderfully prepared, with good coffee, fruits, different local flavours. Each day was different food. Some hotels could learn from them what it means to take care about your guests and what hospitality means.
Sometimes you could hear noises that could wake you up. We went to bed early so that was the problem only for us. Those who like long evening party it is not the problem. 🙂
Fantastic location close to everything in the historic centre.
Staff were super friendly and helpful (they even organised to have our laundry done as soon as we arrived, ready before 9 the next day).
Breakfast was great and they catered for vegans.
We were given advice on where to go and what to see.
The place had a lovely upstairs dining area with a view and lots of other areas to chill out.
Everything here was amazing, from initial communication to leaving early in the morning with a lovely gift from the hotel. The staff are so lovely friendly and helpful. They organised our trip for us and it was an amazing experience. The rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable we slept very well.
If we return to Quito we will definitely stay here again.

When I came to this hotel, I felt very welcome, they wrote my name on the board to welcome me. I was first worried as it has no AC because it's hot on the day, but, indeed, you don’t need it as it’s cool in the evening and I slept very well every night!😁 All the staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. I have to mention the Hotel Receptionist, whose name is Yale, who always helps me and gives me recommendations for what to do in Quito during my only 3-day stay, and indeed I experienced and saw most of the attractions. The Hotel itself is in a historic area and is within walking distance of many historic sites. There is a restaurant 1 min walk from the Hotel that I also would like to recommend if you want to eat traditional Ecuadorian foods. You can also arrange with them airport transport which is also at a reasonable price shout out to Fernando and his brother who drove me safely to my destination. My stay in this Hotel is beyond my expectations and I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting QUITO

Location is super close to everything you'll want to access eliminating the need for planning or paying for a ride. Rooms are as described in the photos. Staff were always available and welcoming. The breakfast on the top floor is worth a lot and the kitchen staff go out of their way to make it a memorable experience.
