Pros:

Café da manhã muito variado e gostoso. Vista maravilhosa do quarto.

Cons:

Do banheiro. Em especial da cortina do box, que acabava molhando o banheiro todo e a ducha que não funcionou e tive que dar um jeito de tomar banho sempre de chuveirinho.

Wir hatten eine tolle Tzeit und kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und alles sauber und sehr schön. Besonders die Poolanlage ist toll und wunderschön.
Nur ein paar Meter zum Strand - toll

Cons:

Dias Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und
Eine Dusche wäre sicherlich schöner als diese alte Sprudelbadewanne mit Dusche die sicherlich ohnehin kaum jemand benutzen würde.
Alles in allem war es jedoch eine Superunterkunft und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Würden beim nächsten mal lieber wo anders wohnen - vielleicht gleich im Nachbarhotel Tsilivi Beach.
Pros:

Die Lage und der Ausblick auf Tsilivi Beach als auch der Pool sind wirklich schön. Die im Nachbar Hotel angebotene Massage war fabelhaft - die Dame ist ein Physiotherapeutin und versteht ihr Handwerk!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und Anfang Mai war nicht mal die Rezeption besetz - der Check-in wurde im Nachbar Hotel durchgeführt (ebenso das Frühstück). Die elektrische Eingang-Schiebetür war defekt und wir mussten sie von Hand aufschieben. Im Badezimmer machte sich Schimmel breit und die Kopfpölster waren hart wie Stein. Schimmel gab es auch bereits im kleinen Kühlschrank.

A very enjoyable few days
Pros:

We had a few little issues such as the key card to our room kept failing to work. The attic room was a bit cold at night. I got stuck in the lift!
However the staff were brilliant in trying to help especially the man and lady on reception in the main hotel sorry I don't remember their names.
The position on the hotel is fantastic.

Cons:

The service of the rooms was inconsistent as the tea etc wasn't always refilled.

Lovely stay by the beach
Pros:

- Excellent location, right next to the beach
- Wide selection of breakfast options
- Restaurants and a small grocery store nearby
- Comfortable and clean rooms
- wi-fi was ok

Cons:

- Balcony is quite small
- A clothes drying rack would be useful
- Mosquito nets would make evenings more comfortable
- Pool opening hours could be a bit longer

Had to change room. Air con very noisy. Lucky it was the end of the season and they could accommodate this. Otherwise…?

Wunderschönes Hotel, das leicht in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Pros:

Wir hatten die Suite im Obergeschoss mit super schönem Meer- und Pool Blick und Eckbalkon. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher sind sehr praktisch.

Obwohl Check In eigentlich erst 15 Uhr immer ist, war unser Zimmer (Geschmacksache) bereits gegen 11 Uhr fertig und wir mussten dadurch nicht warten.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist perfekt.

In der Nähe gibt es auch einen kleinen Supermarkt, der sehr gut sortiert ist und den Hotel eigenen Parkplatz.

Die Balkontür hat nicht richtig geschlossen, so dass es bei Regen reingeregnet hatte. Die sehr engagierte Putzfrau Olga aus der Ukraine hat dies gleich weitergegeben, nachdem wir sie darauf angesprochen haben und die Tür wurde prompt repariert.

Cons:

Eine Steckdose war kaputt, die für den kleinen praktischen Wasserkocher gedacht war. So haben wir diesen beim Schreibtisch genutzt, was zur Folge hatte, dass keine weitere Steckdose für die Tischlampe übrig war. Beim Laden des Smartphones am Bett gab es keine weitere Steckdose für die einzige Nachtlampe.

Also insgesamt hat unser Zimmer und das Foyer recht dunkel gewirkt. Nur haben wir uns ohnehin nur zum Schlafen auf dem Zimmer aufgehalten.

Leider gehören keine Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand zum Hotel, so dass diese extra bezahlt werden müssen.

Pros:

Location was good, close to beach and town. The cleaner was excellent , cleaned the room every day and made the beds. I feel they may be fighting a losing battle as the room is dated.

Cons:

The room was a little dated, and the bathroom basic . The shower is in the bath and water leaked to the bathroom floor when showering which was a little dangerous . The porch leading to the pool and swim up area is in the shade so there is no sun outside the room pretty much all day . The room was very dark, and modern lighting is required .

Gorgeous accommodation, gorgeous location. Best hotel in Tsilivi.
Pros:

Breakfast was nice but some more traditional Greek options would have been good. Pool is beautiful. Rooms are lovely and our sea views of Tsilivi Beach were incredible.

Cons:

I asked for just an extra 30 minutes for check out. I was told that it would come at a fee. I thought that was a bit rough after booking two rooms for 4 nights and eating at the lovely hotel restaurant every night. So I didn't extend the 30 minutes out of principle. I understand it was probably the lady who was at the counter at the time that made the decision not to grant the extra 30 minutes and another staff member would have probably granted it without an issue.
