Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect, and the beachfront view was truly priceless. Waking up every morning to the sound and sight of the sea made our trip unforgettable.
The entire hotel team was warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with an amazing location, breathtaking views, and outstanding service. We would happily stay here again

Cons:

While the hotel's location and beachfront views are exceptional, the facilities are quite outdated. The air conditioning did not work properly, making the room uncomfortable at times, especially during warmer hours. The bathroom is also old and could benefit from a complete renovation.With some updates to the rooms and facilities, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.

Pros:

The hotel's beachfront location is simply priceless, offering stunning views and direct access to the beach. The area is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff are professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything about the stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back.

Un sejur frumos la malul marii
Pros:

Pozitionarea foarte buna, la malul marii. View-ul din camera asupra marii. Camera foarte spatioasa. Piscina foarte ok. Ce am apreciat foarte mult este faptul ca am avut camera gata inainte de ora normala de check in

Cons:

- pernele si patul destul de incomode
- se putea insista pe curatenie (tinand cont ca are 4 stele)
- mancarea ok, dar nu demna de un hotel de 4 stele

I would have been asking for a specific room (email and personally as well) reception staff said, it is occupied, but noone have been there during my stay…. a bit disappointing…. breakfast could have been more variable, every day the same, not so healthy either

Overall OK. Tired property that needs some work.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

When booking parking g was included. But they don’t tell you it’s street parking and you fight for a spot.
Facility is a little run down. Our front door could be pushed opened with minimal force - without the card.

Ha maga a lokáció nem lett volna tökéletes nem maradtunk volna

A szállás maga nagyon jó helyen helyezkedik el közel a strandhoz ! A szobánkból az erkély a tengerre nézett !

Cons:

Maga a Blue Collection tagjaként üzemeltetik az Adult Only részt ahol többek között premium és egyéb lakosztályokat árulnak kb dupla annyi áron mint ugyan ehhez a lánchoz tartozó apartman stílus komplexumban ,na most a Palazetto esetében az Adult Only az valóban csak ennyi és teljesen mindegy mit fizettél ki pluszba ,reggelinél és egyéb étkezésnél már ha be fizetsz rá ugyan úgy pl más gyerekét fogod hallgatni ahogy ordítva dobálja a müzlit !
Bár a strand egy karnyújtásnyira van ugyan úgy fizetni kell 20 eurót ha az első sorban akarsz lenni akkor 30 eurót két napágyért vagy maradhatsz a medence mellett és onnan sétálsz le ,ahol amúgy boldog boldogtalan nyugodtan fürödhet mert senki nem ellenőrzi van-e rajta karszalag !
Van különbség a Vintage stílus és az elavult között és az leginkább a karbantartás a fürdő szobát jobb esetben is a rozsda tartotta egyben ! Egy darab szegény takarító nő van az egész Adult részre aki tisztességesen végzi a munkáját de tán ne várjuk tőle hogy majd ki csempézi a szobát !

Lage & Personal (bis auf Putzteam) Top! Allerdings gibt es viele Punkte welche verbessert werden müssen. Eher ein 3

Die Lage vom Hotel war top! Auch das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit & freundlich. Pool Anlage auch wirklich schön.

Cons:

Leider wurden die Zimmer (wenn überhaupt) nur sehr schlecht gereinigt. Das Bett etc. wurde bis auf Sonntag jeden Tag gemacht aber geputzt wurde erst nach Reklamation.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten mehrere Zimmer & überall ging irgendetwas nicht (Klima, Schlüsselkarte, etc…).

Das Buffet wird mit dem anderen Hotel welches nicht Adults Only ist geteilt! Leider ist das Frühstück wirklich nicht gut… Es gab nur wenige Gerichte die wir wirklich mochten.

Café da manhã muito variado e gostoso. Vista maravilhosa do quarto.

Cons:

Do banheiro. Em especial da cortina do box, que acabava molhando o banheiro todo e a ducha que não funcionou e tive que dar um jeito de tomar banho sempre de chuveirinho.

Wir hatten eine tolle Tzeit und kommen gerne wieder

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt und alles sauber und sehr schön. Besonders die Poolanlage ist toll und wunderschön.
Nur ein paar Meter zum Strand - toll

Cons:

Dias Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und
Eine Dusche wäre sicherlich schöner als diese alte Sprudelbadewanne mit Dusche die sicherlich ohnehin kaum jemand benutzen würde.
Alles in allem war es jedoch eine Superunterkunft und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Würden beim nächsten mal lieber wo anders wohnen - vielleicht gleich im Nachbarhotel Tsilivi Beach.
Pros:

Die Lage und der Ausblick auf Tsilivi Beach als auch der Pool sind wirklich schön. Die im Nachbar Hotel angebotene Massage war fabelhaft - die Dame ist ein Physiotherapeutin und versteht ihr Handwerk!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und Anfang Mai war nicht mal die Rezeption besetz - der Check-in wurde im Nachbar Hotel durchgeführt (ebenso das Frühstück). Die elektrische Eingang-Schiebetür war defekt und wir mussten sie von Hand aufschieben. Im Badezimmer machte sich Schimmel breit und die Kopfpölster waren hart wie Stein. Schimmel gab es auch bereits im kleinen Kühlschrank.
