We spent 10 days here with my husband and our baby, and we were wonderfully welcomed. All the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and caring. They always went out of their way to help us and were especially thoughtful and gentle with our little boy.
A huge thank you to the whole team, and especially to Ismet, who was absolutely wonderful with us. His kindness and thoughtful gestures really touched us.
The pool was a little cold.

Very welcoming, very helpful and very friendly staff, I really appreciate the kind communication of the hotel managers, we had very joyful time in the hotel, especially the location was very comfortable, hotel staff if I am not mistaken Alladeen and Shahin were very friendly and helpful, they always offered their best. Once called a taxi and tried to even negotiate the ride fee for me! For the hotel staff I would say 10 out 10
Well, only thing is that dissappointed (a little) was rooms conditions. Rooms seems out a little bit depreciated and blankets were clean but it did not smell much fresh.

Персонал очень выручил нас в сложной ситуации: наш рейс переносили шесть раз подряд, и в отеле спокойно отнеслись к нашим метаниям с выездом и хранением вещей. Очень доброжелательные люди, которые никогда не отказывают в помощи. Мы им искренне благодарны!
Отель немного уставший, многое давно просит ремонта. Но претензий нет совсем — мы знали об этом заранее.
Очень милый и уютный отель. Очень удобное расположение!

We liked the location as it was only about 10 minutes away from the beach, but also away from the main big streets. Breakfast was simple but something for everyone, watermelon was served every day which was a plus for us. We discovered a few local restaurants nearby for great value. Staff is super friendly and helpful!!!
The room is a little tired and could have been a little cleaner. Pool was a bit cold to our liking, we were with our 3-year old son and it was a shame as he loves to swim. But we spent more time at the beach every day so that made up for it. The bar next door was a but loud until 00-01 at night, depends on your sensitivity, but we definitely heard the noise as we were the closest room to it as well.

Номера ужасно грязные, не поленился отодвинул кровать, там не убирались с открытия отеля видимо. По сути ощущение неубранного номера создается с порога, даже вглядываться не стоит. Пожелания по чистоте номера не были учтены, это тоже добавило негатива. Но так как нам номер был необходим как перевалочный пункт для ночевки, то мы смирились, учитывая, что остальную неделю спали в палатках). В общем не советовал бы данный отель для длительного проживания, лишь как однодневную ночлежку. В общем основное написал, но остались и недочеты по комплектности номеров. Так что решайте сами, под какие цели вы готовы мириться с недостатками.

Esmu nepamierināta ka netikām informēti ka baseins būs slēgts,bērniem bija jāraud.Parasti booking tiek sniegta informācija no kāda datuma,mēneša ir iespēja izmantot baseinu.Esam ļoti vīlušies,jo mēs speciāl izv ēlējāmies viesnīcu ar baseinu.
Everything was great. The hotel and the rooms were very clean, special thanks to the housekeeper Ferican. Mehmet (Mike) from the reception was very helpful too and always smiling. Overall the atmosphere of the hotel was very nice and friendly. The coffee shop that's in the hotel was lovely.
The pool was not available as advertised during our stay (6-11 may), I believe they plan to fill it up this week, right after we left, which was unfortunate. The breakfast was a little too repetitive, missing bakery items, but overall solid.

Very well run family hotel. Extremely kind staff always friendly and happy to help, especially Ismet and Mehmet (Mike) at the front desk. They always served with a smile and nothing was ever too much for them no matter what time.
Great location and the hotel is really clean. Customer service is excellent and they all went out their way to help us. Mehmet and Ismet super helpful.
